Nice helpful people. However there are some employees that portray that they don’t want to be asked for help. That makes me uneasy as a shopper. Especially when I’m asking for help and being told to just “get the item and spray paint it” returned to let him know it wasn’t even in stock to do so and he had his back to me for over 2 minutes! Not cool!

Lots of employees unfortunately none of them are available to help a customer what a shame........

The worse customer service ever. Associates treat you as an intruder, no one seems to like his/her job. No one wants to help, always rude and it takes for ever to find someone to answer your question or assist you. Don’t shop at this store.

I strongly recommend home depot store located at ford road. You will find what you are looking for and definitely with the best prices.

Horrible customer service! Went to pick up an online order after waiting in line for twenty minutes was told in order to pay for additional items I had to have those items rang up at the check out line. I was at the customer service desk.

On my visit to this location I noticed several welcome changes. First was the cleanliness of the store. On previous visits I would se of items out of bins or haphazardly placed in incorrect locations by patrons. I also noticed that the aisles were better organized to provide more room to use carts and buggies. And last but certainly not least was the service. Which was prompt, courteous and efficient. I no longer feel that this location is a lesser grade store compared to the outlying stores. GOOD JOB

If you ever need help with shelving, closet set up, or garage storage, go to aisle 39 and ask for Pam. Wow is all I have to say! Pam is the most knowledgeable and friendly associate I have ever met in my life! She will walk you through the entire set up process and show you every option available. She will work with your budget and try her best to find the most optimal solution for your specific situation. Because of her friendly service, I now have such a high level of respect for Home Depot. I was not expecting such an easy and speedy experience, but thanks to Pam, I was out of the store within an hour and found the best solution for my problem. Thank you Pam!

Reject me all you want. What do you want me to say? I had a five star experience? No. I have been coming to this Home Depot for years, and I have also visited other locations for the same amount of time. The Dearborn store is the only store that has problems. Why? Because it takes 20-30 minutes to find someone who cares that you want to spend your money there. And when I finally see an associate and ask for help, it’s as if I asked them to build a house for me. On several occasions I have also witnessed workers talking in a rude manner to customers who don’t speak English very well. Be it Arab, Spanish, etc. If you don’t know what you want, or not sure about something, you get treated like an idiot. I have been to stores in 3/4 of this country and this is the only one I dread coming too. I feel bad for the associates that do their job because not all are lazy. If you don’t want to do your job, then quit. If you can’t answer questions for multiple customers in a day, then quit. If you can’t explain to someone that something might not work, without being rude, then quit.

Management is horrible. They have no respect for themselves or others. Very rude and does not follow company policy.

We were never asked if we needed any assistance and a couple of the associates were rude even though we didn't ask for anything from them.

Lots of great items. Found most of what I needed.

Zaid in the paint dept was very knowledgeable about his dept. And was very helpful, went above and beyond to assit us.

this store is the best, their employees are always helpful and everything is stocked so you dont have to worry about not finding something to complete a job. Thanks to Danielle also for always being so helpful.

Not at all customer-oriented, not friendly, not interested in welcoming or valuing a customer. All that was missing on their smocks were orange buttons reading "Get your stuff and try not to bother us"
