        RUDE
        They have the rudest check out people ever! The personnel out on the floor are extremely polite and helpful. But those checkout people are extremely disagreeable and indignant.

          Batteries Not Included
          Cane looking for ion Duracell batteries. Nobody even tried helping me look for the batteries. There were batteries on top of battery display in boxes....Better Customer Service is required for everyone and everything. Batteries are included as well. God Bless Happy Easter

                The staff was so helpful
                The store staff was awesome. Ramierz provided great insight on a tree purchase 2 days before Christmas, showed me how to disassemble and reassemble it, and while I was checking out, he even had my keys cut for me and waiting by the time I loaded everything in the car. You definitely have a return shopper because of the awesome staff and their great customer service. Thank you for helping me bring holiday joy to my mom!

                  Great experience wait time can be better
                  Overall a good experience went for paint was attended in a fast and attentive manner. Had to return because I got the wrong paint. The wait time for returning items can be better with more people. Not the employees fault at all. the people attending are polite and made everything so easy. Keep it up

                          Once again this location has made an easy day terrible. Do not herd all customers into employee assisted checkout, make 2 different lines available one fore self checkout and one for assisted checkout. Would make everyone's life less frustrating

                                Iyana displays poor coustomer service
                                I placed the order a while ago. For outside project. With vinyl siding, my parts were delivered sporadically. In Increments with missing parts from my order, wrong parts in place of the correct parts order. This has been ongoing for weeks. Dates constantly changing For delivering which delays my project. No one ever came to pick up the incorrect parts. So that I can get my refund, so I had to Shove parts and to my little car. And drag them back to the Dearborn store. After doing so I get the customer service woman by the name of I Yana. Iyana never greeted me. She was being dismissive and rude talking. 2 other employees instead of addressing me as a paying customer who spent probably close to, tens of thousands of dollars on various projects throughout the course of a couple of years at home depot. When she paused from talking so much. I asked was she ready, she said. I've been ready, I said okay, you were talking.so I asked. Could you go by my phone number? While I find my receipt? She said you can type your phone number in. I stopped looking for my receipt and type my phone number in. Ahh, it wont let me do that so I give up my ID oh, that wont-work you gonna have to put your card in? No, she said swipe your card. So I found the card that I thought are used for the order. She walked off. Oh, that wont-work. And then start talking to another employee. She tried to scan the parts now. She's scanning the parts that were incorrect. My receipt doesn't have the incorrect parts on it. Of course, it only has to correct parts that are ordered. So now since I've been calling constantly. To this location for weeks, 45 minutes on the phone at a time. Put on hold for longer. Shifts begin to change and no one, not even the manager of the store address my issues. Some of the women part of customer service. I believe worte many notes to the manager. This is why I spoke to ayanna and said, can I see your manager? "What would you need to see my manager for she asked." why are you question your customers? I said this has been an on going problem with my order. Many issues well, I'm a customer service. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Okay, is there anything noted concerning my order? Cuz she already scanned it, and all this stuff she began to ask me. Do you know who the distributor wore was? What stored distributed parts? I don't know so I asked for her manager 4 times then I had to become Stern because it was not getting through her head, On how to tackle this issue once again? I said I need your manager she throwing her hands up in the air can you go stand over there? Please beautiful because...I can call her. I'll help the next customers called the next customer. Being very dismissive of me as a customer who's already paid and been dealing with these issues with this order for weeks. Which add insult to injury. I never matched her energy even though she was being very Condescending and dismissive. I steped to the side and started to record. Probably some of the conversation that was being had. Because it seemed like she was stalling and trying to hold me up even the longer from the completing my project. I caught while I was standing to speak to. The manager never showed up at least the manager. I spoke too the voice didn't match the voice of who's did actually show up.If that makes any sense. Iyana also lie on me and said that. I scream for a manager that never happened. I looked at her and said screaming, okay? However, there are a few good employees. There that I had great encounters with the initial one. That made the order with and believe his name was Demetrius. Another guy by the name whose of Hussein who noticed me on hole for 45 minutes and went above and beyond to correct my order. And the final person is Hiba. She was wonderful and understanding. You won't see me up in that home depot spending any more of my money or wasteing any of my time at that location. If I see that woman ayana at any other location. I will be hesitant to spend any of my money there. Her lack of respect for me and the way she spoke. Just add it insult to injury.

                                            Mawda and the lady at the paint counter, she was not there today, African-American. She always has on a toboggan, and she works with 2 boys. She wasn’t there today. you keep ppl like that and how nice they are you will for sure have people spend more money and have great customer feedback. Now the guy that was working with her mawda today and she knew I had anxiety and I had a bug him for 20 more minutes of her time that’s not a person that should be on a team. Every time I go the lady at the paint station is always smiling and says hello she goes above and beyond. And mawda went above and beyond. Especially when you can see somebody that has severe anxiety. if I would’ve had another hour with her, I probably spent another thousand when I see them two ladies are team players and no other job and then if they didn’t know about it, they was looking it up.. and kept up a smile. They were the people you need to be a management.. i’m doing a whole rehab on a house that I bought. Ty again from the lady with anxiety ..you ladies are amazing Team players I’m one happy customer today and I’m usually not from dearborn store.

                                                  I've been to various Home Depot's in my area, were the employees would quickly disappear or pass you over just NOT to give assistance. The other store would be cluttered, and understocked. However; THIS Home Depot was Clean, organized, and the Employees were VERY Friendly and Helpful.

                                                      I have bought the most important machines and items for my house, garage and backyard from The Home Depot. It's the best place to shop for such items, especially for new house owners, because you will save time by going to one place only and find whatever you need.

                                                          Won't allow no star review, forced to give 1-Star. Workers to busy doing nothing to help customers, when u ask for help they act like you're asking for a kidney or lung. No cashiers only self checkout.

                                                            Worst customer service every. Rude manager
                                                            I came from another store to this one with a printed picture, and knowledge that the door I wanted was in stock. No one was at the desk to help. I then found five people on the floor whom all passed the buck saying they would send someone. No one every showed up. I finally found a new employee named Quinn whi did help. It took me three hours to get a door off an upper rack and check out. I asked for a courtesy discount for my time, and was rudely informed frim the MOD Jeannette too bad. We don't do that. Don't shop here worst servuce every
