I generally do all my shopping online, but I needed an item right away, so off I went to HD in Cypress Park. I literally spent 20 minutes trying to locate a simple shop vac. 3-4 different employees told me to go to 3 different places. It wasn't there. I was about to walk out of that store vowing never to go back, but I tried one last employee (guy named "Michael D."). Well, this guy took 15 mins of his time walking me around trying to locate this thing. Once located, he actually got a forklift to get at the item that was on a top tier. That's OUTSTANDING customer service. Store itself deserves no more than two stars (although admittedly, it was a busy time). But that one employee was worth six stars, so I'll split the difference at four stars.

Don’t spend your money here at this location. If you do you better not have any problems with anything. You will be sorry you went their.

They are replacing cashiers with self check out machines. It's sad to see all those jobs lost and it's a reduction in service. Home Depot promised to create jobs for the community when they came to this location and we need those entry level jobs! Boycott the self check out machines! Help a human keep his or her job!

Great store to shop at.

I have been going to this store for many years. Over the years I have seen it improve in service and quality of employees. Now this store is one of the most pleasant and efficient stores of it's type in which to shop.

Easy and plentiful parking for central Los Angeles. Convenient location right off the freeway. Lots of day workers available in parking lot if needed.

Cleanest and friendliest HomeDepot! They always have everything you need.

Great service, until check-out. The cashiers in the garden center were too busy with personal conversations to help customers. We all had to wait, since they failed to acknowledge us. When they were finally finished with their conversation, they finally helped us. Mine had no welcome, or acknowledgement that I was there. No thank you, simply called out the total. What a poor representation of the store and Home Depot. Oh, and if you're wondering, she's driving to her party tonight.

If you go here looking for appliances, go find Stephanie. She is amazing! Saved us hundreds because she was so engaged in our reason for shopping there. She was thoughtful, honest, prompt, and hilarious!

The store has recently had a pro area remodel that makes it faster to order and check out! Everything seems to be in stock and you can use the Home Depot app to check the product! The store is extremely clean! Floors are superclean, bathrooms are clean, and they have a nice lady who always cleans and dusts inside and outside appliances and products! Cypress Park also has a new Hotdog food court tent area! And they have very nice associates like Marleni who is very helpful, always smiling, and friendly! Thank you Home Depot Cypress Park!

The guys in hardware and tools department do an excellent job knowing their aisles and have good ideas on how to make things work using all kinds of hardware and tools

Return desk customer service is horrible. Rude. Inconsiderate. I don’t know what there problem is but I don’t need to shop at this location. I saw them give the guy next to me a hard time because he wanted to switch colors of his item and didn’t have a receipt. It was absolutely out of the normal experience at a Home Depot.
