We were helped in appliances and custom kitchens by the same employee and she’s probably one of the most positive, hardworking people that genuinely loves what she does and it shows!

The store lack What other stores have in regard to cleaning. Also prodesk issues there's always two people working cashier, I feel like theres enough employees to be able to move the line quicker.

A Big Thank you to employee,Adolph. Eventhou,it wasn’t his dept, he got us the answer to our question and helped complete the purchase and schedule the delivery.

The ladies in the cabinet department are very helpful. This is a pretty busy Home Depot but they are attentive and spend time with you. I like to give credit where its due.

the employees , starting with the manager made me have a really bad experience on my visit i bought something on friday night to be picked up on saturday, and when i went back to pick it up on saturday they sold it , and didn't give any solution to find the product .

I have been buying christmas trees here for 10 years, this year I purchased a christmas tree & preservative, and it dried out within a week and they refuse a return or exchange. I am so disappointed, especially have to tell my kids we need to remove the tree because it is now a fire hazard. i will never buy my christmas tree here again...

clean store and always you get help

I tend to visit this store because it is the closest BUT I do my best to avoid it. In general, the customer service representatives -CSR (including cashiers) have NOT provided a good customer service to me. Maybe it is just my luck. When I do go, I look for what I need (avoiding any CSR) and look for self-checkout. Reps in this store are in real NEED of customer service training. I gave three stars because I find the products that are need most of the time.
