I came in with broken / rusted hose bibb stuck on a pipe (attached to additional fittings), assuming I'd have to replace the whole thing. Instead, Joe busted out some wrenches and helped me remove the broken hose bib and got me the replacement valve.

I have bought this water heater and installed today . I am already enjoying it and very happy I have chosen this product recommended by HD . I will definitely recommend HD to all my friends and associates .

Security arguing with customers, forced self check out, avoid this store, it’s horrible.

I have never been to a more dysfunctional Home Depot in my life. I had the unlucky chance of picking up my order from Robert E, a new hire who was training. Robert had a vile attitude towards customers and had customers waiting on 3 different registers that he couldn’t close out pickups on. He questioned me with attitude for showing up when I did, told me I was not able to pick the items myself as every other location has let me do countless times and a dismal approach to customer service. Almost every employee at this store seems like they absolutely despise their job and hate every customer that walks through that door. I had to sit for 30 minutes while the manager Sarah and picker tried to find 3 simple items before I ended up asking to cancel with another associate who was actually helpful; so I could grab the items myself. It took me all of 3 minutes to do so while they’d taken more than 4 hours to try and get to the order. On top of all of this, there is a massive thriving homeless camp in the parking lot where it seems they’ve used trashed material to build entire structures on HD property. The parking lot feels horribly unsafe to leave thousands of dollars of tools in your car while you go in and deal with the horrific employees and wait times. I will never return to this HD location as there was all but one professional employee in the store who helped get my order cancelled. Every other employee was already on vacation mentally it seems. I was picking up a Christmas present and some final items to finish up a job which has now been pushed another weekend due to Robert’s lack of ability and friendliness. This is the first and ONLY bad experience I have ever had at Home Depot. I will stick to Lancaster, Pasadena, Alhambra and Rancho Mirage as they have seasoned and helpful teams ready to help when you need it.

Employees that hate their jobs and love to argue with paying customers need to seek employment that involves not interacting with people. I do in face wear a body cam at all times so you should be professional while you’re still employed. You may find yourself and your bad attitude going viral viral on the internet.

I searched the entire Los Angeles area of Home Depot for a popular item that was selling out at all locations. This location has a patient manager named Manolo with a helpful and very pleasant team who helped me purchase a display item and disassembled the giant display to make sure I traveled home with this treasure to surprise my kids. Awesome customer relations!

I had to flag down help at the Cypress Park location from self checkout cashiers, 3 in particular. They prioritized chit chat amongst themselves leaving customers in need. I had to interrupt their conversations not once but twice to get the help I needed. Perhaps a phrase like "can I assist you with anything else?" would be helpful before you walk away and head immediately back to your chit chat.

Adam is the man with a plan. During two trips to pick up the pieces needed for a DIY table project, Adam took his time to problem solve, and inform me of what works and what doesn't, and he did it with a rock star attitude. If you need any help on a project related to wood, ask for Adam! He will hook it up.

I had the best customer service experience today thanks to two employees; Manola and Joe. In short, they went above and beyond to help me find a specific spray paint that was absent from the shelf. I gave up after 5 minutes, but they pursued it. In fact, one of them hunted me down in another isle to tell me they had found it. Great customer service. Thanks Manola and Joe!

Jaykob in the customer service doesn’t belong there. The whole point of customer service is to provide it and in a courteous manner. Why does he have to ignore questions and throw the receipts back to the customer? Jaykob needs to acquire some people skills.

The far end of the parking lot, I’m not sure it belongs to Home Depot, but there was so much trash there. It was very unsightly. I mean a lot of trash. Maybe somebody should either put trash cans over there or pick it all up because it’s very ugly. The parking area closer to the store was littered with baskets. There wasn’t so much trash. Just baskets everywhere. It’s very hard to park there. A lot of people coming and going so it’s hard to not hit someone.

This store supervisor and managers are very rude and unprofessional they treat people very bad and they think that everyone is a thief going there

Will not be returning to this homedepot ever.parking lot is hectic cars every which way and with vendor approaching walking thru the parking lot. Not carts in front of the store,cluttered isles unfriendly employees.

They had just what I needed in stock. Everything was easy to find and clean, and the promotions on the credit cards were appealing. Definitely one of the better Home Depots.

This Home Depot is great! I feel safe here, and welcomed. If I have a project I come and ask questions and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. This is not the closest to me, but it’s my first choice when I need an item or 2.

This is one of the best Home Depots that I have found. Do not make my email publicly visible.

I looked for a lighting item I needed, and although the store said it had 2 left, they clip it find it when I went. ALSO, I asked an employee to grab me a locked electrical tool and he said he’d take it to the front for me , as is proceedure. When I went to pay for my items, the cashier could not find the tool and after paging electrical no one ever came. I left. The cashier was awesome and tried everything for me. Everyone was knowledgeable and I love this particular store. However, I value my free time when I’m not working, and I expect what I give…quality, union pride work.

This HD can get very busy during the morning/afternoon hours but I always get really helpful people to help me. The store always looks nice, organized and clean. The cashiers are always helpful and nice too.

I HAVE BEEN DOING SOME RENOVATIONS AND THE SYAFF IS ALWAYS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL.

When the store employees actually know about the products they sell it can save you a lot of time, and give you options you may not have realized. This Home Depot seems to have very good customer service from my experience, and the department was very organized and well stocked.

Not willing to assist a family in the Cypress Park community who lost everything to a fire including their beloved dog. No cooperation from Robert Marquez store manager.

I needed some doors to finish my project and Sal from Millwork was amazing. He's more attentive to you than most other people because he walks you to the aisle for the items you're looking for.

Honestly I used to love shopping at this store.. The managers used to care about customer service.Every single time I go in there to buy something the managers that are there are always so rude and not helpful..One manager in particular is Paulina.She looks like she is a nice person but whenever you ask her for help she is extremely rude and has an attitude. This one particular time I went to ask her for help and she completely ignored me. She also followed me around the entire store like if I had done something wrong. It made me super uncomfortable and because of this I much rather go to the store in Alhambra or Pasadena, which is out of the area for me. But I much rather go to a store where the managers actually care about helping people rather than a store where the managers think it’s okay to treat them with disrespect and have a horrible attitude.

Whenever I go shopping I try to only shop at stores that provide great customer service. On todays trip I was happy with the service provided. Christy is such a joy every single time. Always does the best job she can even when she is running self checkout alone. As long as Christy is there I will never have a problem
