I almost always shop this store due to the knowledgeable, courteous staff. I frequently need help with my home projects, as this is not my area of expertise, and they always give me great advice for the the correct products that I need for my project.

There are NO real cashiers. They only have self check out. Get some cashiers in there!!!!

Lauren, a keeper, in paint repaired a computer formulation, Joe might have a rival. their new cashier in garden, Landon knows how to speak to my wife and myself; certainly an improvement over timothy, who speaks exclusively to males. All in all they hire fairly well, young males are iffy in this part of the world according to my wife.

No one helped me at the paint section. I even said “I don’t know where to begin” and the employee just took the color I had and said nothing. Also, why are there no cashiers?! I don’t work there, I don’t want to be scanning my own items.

Clean, neat, and organized

I knew in my mind what I wanted to do but did not know how to do it. Upon exiting my car I stopped Mr. Reginald in the parking lot and asked him for the location in the store for the wood department. I had no idea about purchasing wood or having it cut so Mr. Cliff assisted me with choosing the wood I needed and cut it for me. While waiting, Mr. Reginald heard me asking Mr. Cliff about shelf pegs and without my asking, Mr. Reginald located them for me and assisted me in deciding the best ones for my project. After cutting my wood, Mr. Cliff then walked with me to the paint department and assisted me with choosing the right type and color of paint. I am on oxygen therefore, while choosing the paint he patiently answered ALL my questions and addressed my concerns regarding the safest paint for me to use and how to use it. When I shop at this location again, I will ask if Mr. Reginald or Mr. Cliff is available to assist me.

On May 30th, I put in a tool for a warranty repair. On June 6th it was placed to ship out to the RLC center. Records show that it shipped out on June 10th. Started to ask about it a few weeks later. No new notes on it, in fact, it was never received by the RLC center. As of July 1st ,the RLC center had not received it. On July 1st, they gave me a new unit. The staff member had no idea what was going on or what he needed to do. He made a phone call and received instructions on what to do. He forgot to return the deposit because of it being a warranty matter. I had to call the store to ask about the deposit return. Hopefully I have it resolved. I was told that it could take up to 15 days to ship in each direction from OH to Indiana, and back Then, it could take four to six weeks to do the actual repair. I was told that it is the average time usually needed for this.

Eternely always helps me find what I’m looking for and makes checkout and returns easy. Appreciate the good service.
