Each time I have shopped this store the associates are gruff, abrupt and seem to not really take the time to listen to a question or ask for advice. This is for all areas. Floor staff to cashiers, as if they were doing me a favor. The clientele seems to lean towards contractors who seem to have the same attitudes, rude and inconsiderate.

I love this store. So easy to find what I need and has the things I want in my home.

Not the best experience, BUT with the help of one particular employee it turned the experience to a great one! I think his name was Lester and he went above and beyond to help me get the info on a few area rugs I am going to purchase. This Home Depot location always has what I am looking for. The staff are very knowledgeable and will take the time to get you what you need without feeling pressured to make a sale. The staff are very kind and courteous with their customers. I would highly recommend this location for all of your hardware and more needs.

I purchase a pressure washer at your store today and I was extremely pleased with the customer service provided by the cashier (Abbey). She took the time to make sure we checked the pressure washer before I left the store to make sure it was OK and not damaged in the box. Then she helped me set up a home depot credit card. She was friendly, helpful and very professional.

The store was clean and well stocked. The employees were super friendly and knowledgeable. Joe (kitchen design) and Jim (plumbing/bath) were awesome! They took the time to answer my questions and show me in-store and online options.

As a contractor I want to be in and out of a store fast as possible. I go early to avoid all the craziness. You would think going in early they would have aisle stocked, and everything would be nice and neat for the day. Not at this home Depot. Flooring is always a disaster, rarely a quick in and out. One of the only thing that is good in my opinion about this home Depot is cashier Diana. She’s very professional and pleasant to work with. Only reason I keep going back to this store is because it’s the closest one around.

Sometimes staff is too skeletal for customer assistance. Kudos to Donna in Windows/Doors. Answers calls , leaves clear, distinct messages with excellent follow-through. Excellent Customer Records search for older installations, goes the extra mile!

Worst store in the area. Always out of stock on items that are showing as available online. Orders get lost. Employees always seem too busy to help. Hand sanitizer is always empty. Wait lines out of the door. Parking lot spaces taken up by store inventory. Be prepared to walk a country mile.

I went to Home Depot this morning. The cashier called for someone to help me load my car. The gentleman came right up his name was Tim C he was very polite and efficient. I appreciate that your store took the time to help me .

Store is always clean! Great help in every department during my 100yr old home renovation. From electrical, drywall, plumbing, and paint. Tom in plumbing has helped me on 3 occasions and has always been every helpful and showed me suggestions to get my unique project done efficiently. Maddie in customer service always has a smile on her face and helps with any returns that I may have.

Sale Cashier Arcelia provided excellent customer service.

The store was clean and things were easy to find. Frank did an amazing job helping us buy our first washer and dryer for our new home! Will glady shop here again!

Great shopping experience

There’s nothing wrong with the store. The employee behind the paint counter was very rude after he dropped 2 gallons of white paint all over my scrubs and tennis shoes. Instead of offering some type of cleaning he laughed about it and walked away to the counter. I am not happy and I am a frequent Home Depot shopper.

I have always had a good shopping experience at this location. Real close to home, even when Howe road was being torn up. I don't like Lowes and I will NEVER set foot in Menards. I can count on them having strange hardware, metric fasteners, etc. They have what I needed 99% of the time.
