Friendly staff, clean store and has many diffrent purchases you need for your work.

Every time I have gone to this store the personnel are friendly and helpful when you ask them for help but are not in your face as you shop.

From the day this store opened it has remained the cleanest Home Depot I have been in. The answer is YES to all your guidelines questions.

The employees are always friendly and offer to help load items. They are great at restocking items quickly- surprising in this time of uncertain and extended delivery time. Love the Covington Home Depot!

John Edelberg did an outstanding job in the carpet department. Very knowledgeable. He is the reason I decided to buy from you company.

I will never return to this store specifically, and all of Home Depot is on the bottom of my list as to where I will turn to for necessary products. There are many options out there. They have such a cavalier attitude about their own mask requirement and customers safety that they do not deserve my business. If you care so little, remove the mask required sign and don't try to fake it like you are concerned.

Store is consistently out of stock and only stocks shelves during normal operating hours and consistently block isles.

Went in to ask about a washing machine, ended up buying it. The store manager gave me a military discount. She was very friendly and another employee in the appliance department gave me a cold water. Very nice customer service!

Often doesn't have what I need. Employees at customer service aren't knowledgeable and ignore your remarks. Returned a product that rang up over priced. The lady at the desk told me it was the right price and the other store had a sale. Had her check the web. She said it was the higher price. I returned the item, opened the web browser, bought the item for the correct price, walked to the other side of the counter, and filled my own web order. On the plus side I was told that I found my items and filled my order faster than any other customer had before. The only reason I shop at this store is because its nearby. Cost me $6 in gas and a half hour of my time to keep the store from gouging me for $10 over the posted price. I wouldn't have wasted my time but this wasn't the first time it happened. Normally I just return the item and buy something from a competitor or online.

Likely a plague hotspot with employees unwilling to wear masks.

The Covington store is across town from Where I live the Kent store is much closer but The people and the way the Covington store stocks their shelves makes shopping for our project easier and more pleasant.

We came in to purchase a Outdoor Conversation Set, on Sat. May16th. We were greeted by BREE in this section. They had the set we wanted on the floor, but not for sale. She said she had 2 in a freight truck out back, and we could buy one of those through WILL CALL. Tess the Assistant Manager helped with the will call purchase. She also used this for training of a few new hires. EXCELLENT JOB! Best experience EVER in any HomeDepot Both Ladies went above and beyond! Thank you BREE AND TESS!!! When we enjoy our, arriving this Tuesday, new outdoor set we will toast to the BEST EMPLOYEES BREE AND TESS

This store (4737) is the best store anywhere in this state (WA). The associates are knowledgeable and willing to help in all areas. I don't hesitate to recommend this store over others. It's always clean and well stocked. My wife won't let me shop there without her along because I tend to over shop and want more than I need.

Store staff are fantastic. They are always super helpful and consistently go above and beyond to help their customers. This location and another are about equal distant for me, but I will choose this one any time I have a choice.

Covington Home Depot has been. Everyone is friendly and helpful. And they honor the military. It is my go to hardware store.

This store is the Best Home Depot Ever, they have been successfully taking care of my many needs for over 4 years and the service is top notch!

Every time I walk in you have checkers watching people check themselves out even though there’s lines of people.

I always receive excellent customer service from this store. To day the individual that helped me at the cash register for self check out realized I had left a bunch of product in a bag when I walked out the door. The individual sprinted to get it to me. That is excellent service!

What a great crew we have here at this Home Depot! My family and I are new to Maple Valley, WA and this Covington store is our local HD. I purchased multiple items over the last few weeks from this store since moving into town and they've made every interaction a great experience. My questions were thoroughly answered, but in the rare instance that someone didn't something there was another employee nearby willing and able to help. Olivia and her co-workers at the Service desk were very friendly and helpful every single time I visited the store over the last few weeks. The consistently good customer service is refreshing! The equipment rental desk employees were very friendly and helpful, making my task of renting and using the HD van a breeze. I enjoyed talking to both of these young employees and learning about HD's rental program. Both of them went beyond the standard of customer service to answer my questions and make my rental a great experience.

All of the associates were professional and courteous during my visit. Kristen and Michelle really made my day great!

Great staff and helpful. I have never had a bad experience there and usually get great deals! If you had coffee and sweet breads I might never leave!

THE ITEMS WERE AVAILABLE AND MATCHED QTY FROM THE INTERNET. THE ISLE WAS EASILY LOCATED AND PRICE WAS GREAT FOR WHAT I PURCHASED. WE WON'T BE GOING BACK ONLY BECAUSE THE STORE ISN'T CLOSE TO OUR HOUSE. WE NEEDED A SPECIALTY ITEM FOR OUR TRIP AND WAS ABLE TO LOCATE WHAT WE NEEDED AND PURCHASED THE ITEMS DUE TO A GREAT PRICE!
