The store manager, Cylina Rivero, personally helped me and rekeyed 5 door locks for me! She was friendly, professional and ever so proficient!! I will go back to the Covington store again!!

Friendly and Helpful staff, always get what i want.

I used the stores service department on a Monday to order wall blocks for home delivery. The service department failed because I did not receive the wall blocks as expected per the delivery date agreement which was the very next day. I did not like the service provided by the service department at this store because they put me on hold until the phone connection was disconnected without having been transferred to someone that was supposed to tell me about my order delivery status. After going to the store in person I was finally told that my delivery date had been pushed out by eight days. No one notified me about this change, so I wasted my entire day waiting for my delivery.

Great store. Good products and the staff is great! Everybody I met were great.

Like everything about the store accept allowing dogs in. I am a dog lover but leave your dog home or in the car.

Quinton (cashier) and Justin (manager/lead?) were able to help me out, save me a trip back to the store and took excellent care of me. They were both professional, kind and extremely helpful. I am thankful for them both and because of excellent service like I received from them, it keeps me coming back time and time again and making Home Depot my preferred store. Thank you guys!!

We have been regular customers of the Covington store since it opened approximately 20 years. I am a do it yourself kind of guy and I am very pleased that you store is only 2.7 miles from my home. Seldom do you not have the product that I need, and your pricing is fair. Also I am an U.S. Army Veteran and I sincerely appreciate the 10% discount. Your store, in my book, is amazing!

Rude nasty employee at self checkout

My survey says it all. Covington Home Depot is my store. I live closed to Tukuila and key but covinton got me cover!

Employees helped me out with information I needed on specific tools, and product availability was great!

Chase Love in lumber was very helpful to me in both explaining prices, as well as helping me to get my wood cut to size.

Jon in Paint was extremely helpful, kind, & respectful. He listened carefully and fulfilled my order expeditiously and perfectly. Howie was very kind, treated my children with gentleness and respect. He was simply wonderful. Chris B was my cashier. He was quick and efficient and extremely kind. These 3 made my shopping experience one of the best ones I’ve had at this store location.

The employees at this store are approachable and very helpful, which is certainly not the case at other stores I have visited. They know where products are located and offer to help in any way they can. If one does not know the answer, he will find someone who does, and it usually happens very quickly. I really appreciate the customer service at this store.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here but I guess money isn’t something their employees are into. I asked for a refrigerator to be brought to check stand and it wasn’t, I asked them for a butcher block and they said more were in the back, walked back to be stopped by employee who ushered me up front and made me point out manager that sent me back there, then continued to walk to the back of store again, was greeted by the previous manager )that vaguely pointed to product location ) and she repeatedly tells me “it’s right here exactly where I said it was exactly where I pointed it’s right here maybe you couldn’t find it because we have a lot of items in the store”, get to item location only for the SAME manager to inform me that they sold them all yesterday and I was not allowed to buy the display with marked price. Next day I visited the Kent location and purchased the items I needed and was given excellent service. I WILL NEVER GO TO COVINGTON Home Depot again. The night time manager needs to be fired because she obviously hates customer service and people that spend a lot of money. Perhaps no one informed her that customer is always right... especially ones that spend so much money. Worst customer service I have ever received and I have been in the industry for 15 plus years... I would never treat a customer the way she treated my husband and I.

Clean store and nice customer service.

We love coming to this Home Depot, they recognize us as soon as we come through the door... the staff is great for problem solving. We come to get what we need to work and always leave smilin~

Every clerk we came in contact with were friendly and asked if we needed help. But Christine went out of her way to help.

great store and people. prices are somewhat lower that the "mom and pop" type stores as well. although a little out of my way there are many things i go to this store for.

When you are discouraged by the lack of customer service from past experiences at HD, Tessa and Dylon gave me renewal in HD staff and customer service. Both so kinda and positive. Thank you for a great start to 2021

This is one of the best Home Depot stores I've been to. Always somebody volunteering to help. My last trip here I didn't pay attention to the placard that had expired but the cashier, Ryan, and the manager on duty made sure it was honored. Not only did they help me it truly felt like they wanted to help me. And I'm sure we all know what it's like when it seems like an inconvenience to get people to help you. I also had an online pickup and that cashier, unfortunately I forgot her name, acted exactly the same way. It is always a pleasure to shop someplace where the people are more than happy to help you. This is a sign of good management and good people

Many times it is hard to get help at these big box stores. But this store has many experienced people and have directed me wisely.

Why do I shop here, because of employee's such as Emily. ALways greeting me with a smile, asking how my project is going and making sure I have a pleasant shopping experience.

I found exactly what I needed and the store is easy to navigate. The store is clean and there were plenty of associates to help. They seem to really like working there and that made it a pleasant shopping experience.
