My only critique is the lack of sufficient drawer/cabinet pulls.That whole section is low on what choices there are and the bins are messy. The garden center should include basket liners for hanging baskets. Otherwise I give a 5 star rating for excellence.

Listen to why i like Homedepot SO much, we SAVED $199.74 on the VERY same decking as another home improvement store.,the store was stocked good,the associates were very helpful,& friendly. No more other store for us !

I have visited this store many times; however I was the most impressed on my visit 11/12/2020 because of an employee named Linda. She was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We need more employees like her and Linda really made me feel appreciated as a long time Home Depot Customer.

Unsafe environment, failure to enforce masks!!!

The assistant manager, Julie Tiner, was extremely helpful with an issue my wife and I had with a rude and not helpful store employee. She was very helpful and professional in her response and actions. She represents your store well and should be viewed as a future Store Manager in this or another location. Had it not been for her intervention, I was ready to switch my loyalty elsewhere. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars with your stores, and because of her response, will continue using HomeDepot.

I was talking to a wonderful employee Richard and was asking him a question when your rude and obnoxious MOD jerry kept calling Richards name as we were having a conversation. That was rude and very disrespectful not to just me but his employee. I will never go back to that location due to his disrespect to his employees. Unfortunately there is not enough room for me to say how angry and disappointed I am in this location. I hope it shuts down and I will let everyone I know how horrible They are.

Linda, my cashier, was friendly and POLITE! She made me smile.

Vicky at the Home Depot Corsicana store helped us with our order for a chest-style freezer, and our experience with her on the phone was great!

The store is always clean, neat and always greeted by employees and asked if we need help. Thankful we have this store in our community.

Was Purchasing WM367PF DoorPak door & window facing. There were about 10 of these identical packs displayed in a bin with a very large price tag showing the price as just a few cents less and $19. Picked up one. Went to check out and the item showed not in inventory. one lady went to check where it came from and was gone forever. I ended up going back there and she was talking to someone who said the only solution was to move the item. The entire stock of the item was on display with a big price sign under the location they were in. That employee just said that they were in the wrong location and that they had been dealing with that on this particular item for three days straight. When I stated that it was displayed with a price tag under it and that they needed to honor that price, the employee just turned and walked away. I ended up paying nearly $3 more than the price advertised under the item. It's not my problem that they knew of three days that an employee had displayed it in the wrong area or with the wrong price. They should have corrected it when first discovered. And they SHOULD have honored the price tag where it was displayed.

Teena in the paint department is very hardworking and friendly. She even took a moment to see photos of my house that I’m remodeling. What a patient and caring person! We need more of her in these crazy times. You have a jewel.

Bought appliances - associate very knowledgeable and helpful easy process for 2 separate appliances

We have been remodeling our home and have had to go to the Corsicana store often over the last year. It is typically a bad experience. Hard to find help. Rude service. MANY mistakes in our project orders. Wrong charges to our credit card. Inconsistent quantities. Website “number in stock” is not correct compared to what they actually have. The sign says masks are required but many customers weren’t wearing one. I could go on and on. We’ve about decided it would be worth the extra gas money to travel farther to a different Home Depot.

While there was an issue with our order not being pulled properly, which cost us several hours of time, Thomas, Cross, and Julian did a GREAT job of getting our lumber pulled and loaded as quickly as possible. Harlan at customer service, however, was very rude, and it seemed that there was plenty of communication issues among various departments up front. Wes, the manager I spoke to, was very apologetic. So, it was both a negative experience and a positive one. Mostly disappointed in Harlan's attitude - he was rude as well to the elderly couple in front of me - and hoping that if we decide to go here again the communication is more efficient.

The employees at the entrance and in customer service are rude and discourteous. I’ll never go back there again and I am thinking about returning the products I purchased there yesterday.

The store was setup to follow social distancing guidelines for Covid 19 response. The item I was after was in stock and checkout was a breeze.
