I’ve been redoing my flower beds and putting stone down the employees are always helpful loading stone and great me with a smile. This Home Depot also quickly restocks on items like the stone I was using. And previously I needed some plumbing fittings which were quickly restocked.

Saying hello and thanks for shopping here is not customer service! Helping load purchases into your vehicle is service. Employees standing around talking about what's for lunch is not customer service!

Although the store is a bit crowded, and they usually barely have cashiers, they still make sure to provided great customer service despite being short handed every where else in the store

Everyone there is always helpful they see you they ask you, they don't hide the the people wearing blue. Mr. Dylan went the mile to find my ladders. He never gave up.

Phil and Derricka are great! Phil always seem to be able to help and answer any of my husbands questions when we go, and Derricka was very diligent on helping us. Even after someone else took charge of helping us as departments changed- she followed up and made sure we were satisfied.

The new manager in outside garden got me to the right weed barrier I needed. It was great and did the job. Great quality

I love my local Home Depot they always go above and beyond in servicing all my needs from repairs, rebuilding and etc.

Frances was very helpful at checkout. She was very cheerful when looking up one of my items that did not have a bar code on it!

I went to the paint department today for help with a project and met Cros the Supervisor over the paint department and associate Devin. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. They made great suggestions and will definitely go back to the department and specifically ask for their help if needed again.

I ordered a 72 inch vanity from them. was told it would be delivered to the store on 10/6, which is when I needed it. It wasn't delivered until 10/11. A week late. When we went to pick it up today (10/12), we inspected it before having it loaded. The granite top was broken in 4 different places. So, great. I wasted gas to come pick up nothing. On top of that, a new one won't be delivered until 10/24. Wayyy, later than we needed it to finish our house. If you're gonna hire forklift drivers, make sure they know what the heck they're doing so they don't damage customers items. I am super disappointed with Home Depot and the inconvenience they have caused me

Very satisfied with my experience of ordering and picking up my order. Quick easy service. Easier to order on line and pickup rather than driving from store to store to find the merchandise.

it was a stressful day but the 4 employees made it worth the trip (twice 60 miles round trip each). Everyone was help and friendly and even smiled.

Had to do a wall patch, had no idea what i was doing but they helped me out

Today I went to HomeDepot to purchase a very expensive metal building and found it cheaper somewhere else (that was extremely far away) and was asking Home Depot to price match the shed for me - which Home Depot is SUPPOSED TO DO according to their policies. But the cashier Laura was unwilling to price match the product for me and straight up said “No”. The employees are not educated on their stores own policies.

I've been shopping this store for 10 years, and it's gone downhill the past 3-4. Most employees are not as friendly or helpful as they once were, and they can be hard to find. The aisles are usually cluttered, there's trash (like packing material) on the floor, stock seems low, and many items are in the wrong bins. It's the only Home Depot within 70 miles though, so I'm stuck.

Better than example I’ll give you a mission send a random person unknowns your staff into your store have them by two things. Let’s hope they find them, let’s hope they get staff that might help. Then ask them to check out. Good luck!! Tell them to stay away from Wendy though that might just make it not worth it.

I went to this store today to purchase a new gas range. Ivy in the Appliance Department guided me through the process to open an account and make my purchase. She is a true professional! I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED! Home Depot needs more people like IVY!

Will not warranty hand tool that has a life time warranty.

The Corsicana Home Depot has the friendliest employees who are always so ready to find whatever I'm looking for. The store is clean, organized & fully stocked with anything you may need for home repairs, gardening supplies, & appliances.

I found every product I went in for. The staff was very helpful.

I currently reside in Magnolia Tx and the FM1488 Home Depot is only 3 miles from my house so it is super convenient. My new home is located in Kemp Tx so he Corsicana store will be my new stomping grounds for my home improvement items. I have saved a lot on money over the Years buying at discount prices and doing the work my self, so it feels good to do a DIY job and even better when you can do it in a cost efficient manner too.

WHAT MADE MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE THERE LAST NIGHT WAS SIMPLY THE FRIENDLINESS, HELPFULNESS AND BIG SMILE VICKY, THE YOUNG WOMAN WHO WAITED ON ME LAST NIGHT HAD. iT WAS INDEED A PLEASURE DEALING WITH HER!
