Store associates lack customer service skills, stood waiting to order a dishwasher for 15 minutes with no one waiting on me. Then the dishwasher was ordered wrong so I was called to come back into the store to reordered it and the delivery date was now 2 weeks out further. Manager said there was nothing he could do but give me $50 gift card and an additional money off my order. The final phone call I received was to tell me the dishwasher was discontinued and wanted me to order something else. Worst experience ever! Went to Lowe’s and they delivered the dishwasher, took the old one, and added an extra warranty for $100 more than the “discount” Home Depot was going to give me.

The employees at this store seem to be way more helpful, and even willing to go out of their way, than employees at competitor stores. Since i had rarely ever been in this store, i didnt know where anything was, and almost immediately found people who went way beyond what most other stores offer to help me not only find, but also to load and secure the items i purchased.

I always enjoy shopping at the local Home Depot. The associates are friendly and very helpful. As a home handyman I love to just walk around to find things that I can use. It seems I can always find something useful.

Everyone is willing to help you find and load your items. It always sounds like everyone enjoys there job.

The employees in the store go above and beyond to help find you what you need . Every time I going to the store in painted Post I am greeted by very friendly people always asking me if they can help me find anything if they can’t find it in the store they will take you to the service desk and have it order for you . The management should be very proud

Adore the fact that dogs are allowed into the store. My dog loves all the attention he recieves from everyone. The staff goes above and beyond to help find items needed.

The paint counter employees have always been my top pick at this location. Always seem to be friendly and know their stuff. Cashiers always have tips for making those self-checkout registers work better. Pro desk guys are informative and friendly, offering tips and tricks for cost savings. I always feel like I learned something new whenever I have an interaction with an employee at this location!
