We went for a few items and encountered three different young men that were very friendly and went above and beyond to help us out all with a smile. That first often happen in a store these days. It was very refreshing to experience.

Employee Trey did a great job helping us ring up a collection of nuts, bolts, and washers we bought by the piece. Then when my father-in-law had his motorized scooter battery die while checking out, Trey went and got us a store scooter so he could take out purchases to our car. He was very friendly. helpful, and went above and beyond to provide great customer care.

Her flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile significantly eased the complexity of my project. I also want to extend my gratitude to other staff members, who showed great enthusiasm and support. Being a woman undertaking this kind of project, the physical aspect of moving windows could have been daunting. Yet, their readiness to assist made this part of the process much easier. In summary, the dedication and service at Home Depot in Painted Post have not only met but exceeded my expectations. The staff’s professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help have made a significant impact on my renovation project. I highly recommend them to anyone facing similar challenges.

Customer service on the floor was lacking today. I've been accustomed to the outstanding service from the folks on the service desk. Folks on the service floor this morning seem to be just hanging out the store was not busy. I need to ask for people before I got help with a big box.

I think this place has become my library, and really appreciate the various services from installation/free consultations and financing in order to help my renovation tasks become reality.

I bought a Samsung Refrigerator on August 14th, 2023 and it was floor model. A few weeks later the refrigerator was making noises. I called Samsung for warranty to get it fixed. Upon diagnosis, the technician stated the fan/auger motor is going bad and Samsung wont warranty it due to damage on the back prior to my purchase. They are unable to open the casing to replace parts. Samsung told me I had to go back to Home Depot to get it exchanged. The Store Manager and Sales were able to take care of my needs for replacement of the refrigerator. I highly recommend this store to others to shop. THANK YOU!!!!!

Customer satisfaction is at the top of their list. They are always willing to help find whatever it is you're looking for. They recently helped us locate a medicine cabinet online. Which means a great deal to us because we aren't very technical savvy.

I stopped by on a trip home from a weekend at the lake. Just looking for a battery for my Ryobi lawn mower and weed wacker after checking on-line. Clean store, great customer service, had what I needed sooo I bought it.

Customer service was good but the milwaukee tool labels were hard to read and identify with corresponding tools on the shelf.

James is such a positive employee sincerely interested in helping customers keep their purchased items in good working condition. He helped me with a battery pack and charger!
