This is an average Home Depot. Employees can be hard to find during busy periods, but that's normal. Everything is almost always stocked. However, whatever you do, DO NOT buy propane tanks here. No one responds to the intercom and the electronically operated cage system doesn't work. 30 minutes today to get two tanks.

best place to shopping garden things

I was given assurances about the delivery of my appliance orders. Instead, the store still sold appliances that were placed on back order after refunding another set to me because it was on back order. New home and no appliances or deliveries for me until May 28th. It’s terrible.

I have been going to this store for years, but today I was helped very quick with great customer service. Employees were nice, saying hi, and you could tell by their eye movement they were smiling even under their mask.

This store is busier than ever and is doing what they can to help prevent the spread of this virus. They do need more employees to help the sudden rush of business. Each day, understandably, there is a line to get in, but they don't have the staff to take care of all the customer's needs. The employees they DO have are doing the best they can and are doing a great job.

The employees in this store are not only rude but they do not acknowledge a customer, who by the way, pays your checks. I asked for assistance with a heavy item onto my cart and to my truck and the FIVE employees standing around gabbing walked away still talking with each other. I gave it one star because you can't complete this without doing so.

I found everything that I need in one visit. The store was clean and easy to navigate. Thank You very much.....

After my email receipt didn't send I had a horrible time trying to get one looked up and printed. Shouldn’t take 4 employees one who started being condescending and rude manager (Nesha) who couldn’t care less to get one printed or listen when I was trying to explain to her what just happened after waiting almost 30 mins for her to get to me. You guys have a Lowe’s in the same parking lot and will be going there from now on. Should have gone there in the first place. Do better

Almost every department has a resident expert. Especially true in you home - electrical section at this location. He has a chest full of Home depot "badges" and on days when I have an electrical situation, if he's not there I put it off until tomorrow. Sorry that I cannot give you his name - its on his badge but we each call the other "sir" and that works for me............

I called in and spoke to a woman named "Chi." I had questions regarding the Home Depot credit card and purchasing or ordering certain items that don't exist in store. She is knowledgeable and sweet. After a long day running errands and recent struggles in my personal life speaking to a total stranger that seemed to genuinely care whom answered my inquiry with exquisite charisma and tone was awesome.

This store has gotten better in than in recent years. Now their are

Matt and Langston in the hardware department were a pleasure to work with. They got my locks rekeyed and copies made for me in no time. They were super friendly and helpful.

The stir was clean, the employees was so pleasant and professional in the areas where I was shopping and they would assist me to other departments I needed to get other things. I love my Home Depot that’s located In Copperfield.

This is the first home depot I have been in, in awhile that had great employees who were knowledgeable and had great customer service. Highly recommend Al in appliances and Kabir in blinds!
