I always enjoy my experience at this shop. You don’t realize how good it is until you go to another similar shop. I’m grateful to the employees for always being willing to help, never making me feel silly for asking a question, and I’m always grateful that they have a friendly disposition while helping. Thank you.

Associate (Nico) at self-checkout asked me if so was paying with a card. I was so she motioned me to a register. I scanned one item abs the couldn’t see how to enter the bolts I had. Requested assistance and she told me she was too busy to look up the 8 carriage bolts I had, got to a regular register (now 4 deep) then walked away and promptly helped no one else for the next 10 minutes. Not impressed.

I have used this store location many times to satisfy my home improvement requirements and have used my VA identification card for the military discount without issue; however my most recent visit was complicated by a store cashier who challenged my card and stated it was not correct. She provided me an example of the cards accepted and I was able to show her that one of the accepted cards was identical to my card but she again stated that my card was not correct. I was getting very frustrated and the amount of time to complete my purchase was impacting the long line of customers behind me. I was about to have her contact the store manager when she decided to grant me the discount. I have used this card at several locations to verify my military service without issue and feel that this cashier was confused. I intend to visit with the store manager on my next trip to this location to ensure that my card is accepted and there are no further issues.

I love this store. Everyone is so helpful and nice! I always learn something and it gives me confidence to do it myself because I know I'll always have help from this store.

The customer service has deteriorated over the years. I will not be returning to that Home Depot. I wanted to purchase 2 toilets but I was told by an employee that the store had no loaders. I purchased only one. On my last few trips to the store, no one has been around to assist several customers. However, the store is making even more money since the ice storm. Since this store is in high demand, they don't care about customer service. The cashier was friendly.

Me and my husband went to purchase our new lawnmower and other home items for our first home and we had a wonderful experience with customer service. We actually applied for the home depot card and got incredible news! It was truly a blessing. We want to say thanks to Rochelle who did a terrific and smooth job in helping us apply for the card, plus she showed us some amazing tricks for future purchases! We are so glad Rochelle was there to guide us! Thank You! You go girl!

I visited the home depot in copperfield on monday march 8th 2021 around noon and I had a very bad experience with one of the employees named NICO, she was NOT nice and made my shopping experience terrible!

Outstanding management and helpful staff especially in the plumbing department..

Clean organized store. Helpful staff. Super fast self check-out. Went online found the items I needed. Online it gave me the isle & and bay location for the items which was helpful because it let me know all the items were available and in stock and exactly where to go in the store to gather the items I was shopping for. In and out in a FLASH to get home and tackle my project. Thanks HOME DEPOT !!!!

This store seems to have alot of favortismt for guys. I am a female that order items WM29965234 and was not helped at all brought my things out to my car and left them in the cart. This is so sad. When trying to give a 1 star wont summit the review. How funny and convenient for the store

Worst Home Depot Store. We waited for 30 minutes before someone came to help. All associates are congregating and chatting after asking for multiple assistance requests; no one even cares to show up. We visited this store on January 7th, 2021, at 5:15 pm and left at 5:52 pm. Since no one helped us buy ten gauge wire, we went to the store start with L(next door) to purchase what we needed. All associates at the store L were helpful with "Can I help you?". We were able to get the help we need there. We felt ignored at the Home Depot. If the Home Deport Corporate Office cares what customers are treated in the store, I strongly recommended taking this review seriously. As all of us are shifting to online shopping, there is a reason we still go to the store. The consumer is very clever. We have a right to chose where we spend our money. Certainly, not at Home Depot located at 6800 Highway 6 North. I sincerely hope all employees at the store will be retrained. I suggest them to go to the next door. Yes, next door. That is where I will shop from now on.

Love this store. Big Shout out to my stock girl 5'7 short blond hair. Always helpful even when she's restocking product. and Helen with her patients and great smile. Sam for over seeing the crew and being helpful to them. Team work makes the dream work!

Went to this home depot to look at a smoker. I did not find the smoker that I was looking for, in fact I decided that I really didn't want the type of smoker that I was looking for. All I can say is I am very happy that I came here today. I left here with the "Masterbuilt Digital Grill". It wasn't the biggest grill but, it was the best quality grill for the price that this store had it at. It was a deal that I could not pass up. Can't wait to try my new grill out. By the way all staff members were very friendly and helpful during my visit. They even help me load the grill into my vehicle while it was pouring down raining. I do recommend giving this store a try if you are looking for something that home depot carries.

Horrible customer service, very rude staff.

I needed new handles for my bathtub. The store had a very nice selection. The staff was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge to help me chose the right ones.

Adrain helped me cut my boards and it’s taken 4 months to get it done!! I called and he made it happen!!

I have been going to this store since I moved to Houston six years ago. I am impressed with the general setup and atmosphere in this store.everyone I have met, has been, kind, helpful, respectful, friendly ,professional and willing to make your visit to store, a pleseant experience. after six years , I feel like I almost know everyone by face and some others by name. a very well run store.

I know you have young employees (Xmas season) and understand the pandemic (COVID-19) to be a distraction and consideration of not enough time to train new personnel,however, they should be properly educated of the sales, discounts and promotions that stores have in place for whatever time it is and not "running out" of regular stock product . At the end of my visit to your store today I had no good outcome as a satisfied customer I had planned to be. I am going to the other Home Depot simply because of the traffic not because I am mad.

I was able to get the products I neededed in no time. Assistance was not needed. The store was clean, employees wore masks all the time, it was a good shopping experience.

This store was clean and stocked, and the employees are very friendly and helpful, not only to me as a business man, but also to my wife when she has her own home projects and shop without me. I recommend this Home Depot to all my family, friends and clients for all their do it yourself needs and commercial products, as this is where I get my products for my roofing and construction business.

I've been shopping at this stores since it was built and Handy Dan closed next door. Employees are ALWAYS friendly and courteous , willing to help when needed. I will most definitely continue to shop here for all of my DIY projects.

Geoffrey is the type of person that goes above and beyond for the customers! He was such a huge help during my visit and even a blessings because I saved over $50 with signing up for a Home Depot credit card and the military discount.

Watch out for older angry blond guy with a beard in the plumbing department He is of absolutely no help and doesn't mind yelling at customers doubt i will return!
