sterotyping, false accusing by assuming, be careful or you migbt be the next they embarass and be look down upon..

The young clerk with glasses in the windows and doors department will not comp you properly for any damaged door they try to sell you you. CHECK and INSPECT your products. I found so many dents and scratches on multiple doors.

Wonderful store, merchandise variety and quality.

The store is always clean, and everything is in order, is easy to find staff and there is always someone to help you if you have any problem. I love this store.

I visited this store many times with my wife to purchase some kitchen appliances we meet 2 sales person David Burke he was the department supervisor he came to help use and he stayed with us until we finished he was kind knowledgeable and patience he made our chopping experience very pleasant we bought LG microwave , LG dishwasher and LG electric range

Need employee that like the job or customer’s service

I was helped by an associate named Judy at the checkout on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 3:15 pm She is very rude. I came to the register and told her that I have two items that were brought to the front. And she cut me off while I am talking and told me to wait because she doesn't know. So she went to the storage to check on the items. And I asked her if she wants me to grab them and she said yes. So we went back to the register. As she scans my items I helped her to put the tool box to where she wants it laid down bec it got weight on it. She got so angry and told me that only one can touch the item. I told her that I am sorry. And told me that my " sorry " was too late. All of us is having a bad rough day. I understand that. I was still at the register with my items and she called in another customer to help. I even thank her for helping me out. Didn't even bother to look at me. But she may atleast thank me for shopping. I love this store bec it is located near my home. I just feel bad and embarrassed because of this experienced. I hope that it will not happen again to me or to other customers that comes here and shop.

Lot associates can be seen hanging out even there’s a lot of carts that need to be collected! I wish parking spaces would be wider so cars won’t hit each other easily. A visible security should be provided at the doors, not only being paged to “walk the floor”, when everybody knows there’s NONE!

THE HOME DEPOT STORE IS THE BEST STORE THAT I WOULD LIKE TO SHOP ALL OF MY NEEDS IN REPAIRS.

Nelda, the sales associate, was sweeping the garden section when we came, but did not hesitate to assist us while we came just to browse on the plants. With her enthusiasm, she pointed out the bulbs which were on special which caused me to buy more than 5 bags. Very helpful, thank you...

They are getting better employees who actually want to work and are nice too. For the others, find another line of work or stay unemployed.

Their a good customs servers at other stores. The building lumber is my place and their is better box different. This is a good store to pickup for projects that are nt build but can be pickup idems that can be use for a project that need tools for like picking up needs for project a other willbe worked on with an fun kind help to project.

I am a handy person around the house and always helping others as well. I come to Colma Home Depot when there is another store closer to me because the staff here is so helpful EVERY TIME. The store is clean, stocked, and layout is so consistent. If you need advice about a project, you will find a helpful hand always. AND if you are hungry on the way out, the mexican stand out front is pretty great as well. LOL

One of the cashier has a really bad attitude super rude throwing stuff even though it’s her fault by scanning wrong. THELMA is the cashiers name

Avoid at all costs. No customer service at this location. Associates will brush you off and will refuse to help customers outside of their departments. At least make an effort to call the right person. The cashiers here will also overcharge you for your items.

Cashier nelda is super friendly

Extremely poor. Unprofessional employee. Looks like some of them they don't want to be there. Just sabotage the company reputation.

The person who controlling the entry, via social distance requirements, was extremely rude and certainly didn't make people feel welcomed shopping at Home Depot. Finding a person to help you is a serious problem. It takes walking up and down several aisles to find someone. The several people I asked for help finding items were less than eager to assist. Only one was pleasant and helpful. Lack of a selection of products was another frustration. The cashier at checkout was very pleasant.

Poor customer service. Takes forever to wait for assistance. Customer service don't pick up the phone when called.

Associates in the garden area don't talk too much or not friendly. Cashier must be willing to share to buyers any promotion ongoing or give Information for the sale event to happen in the future . Needs to assign someone in the garden to assist the buyer like when reaching for something that is in higher shelf. One time when I was buying plants, I saw old guy reaching for the wooden planter's box but he couldn't reach it . He just left disappointed.
