I had an awful customer experience with two employees (Ryan & Jim) at this store and would like an opportunity to share the details with someone of status that can and will address the issue. These two associates need to be confronted and some sort of corrective action is required. As a 32 year customer service supervisor with USPS, I know good?bad customer service and this was horrible.

I shop this Home Depot several times a week. The store staff is always helpful and courteous.

I have shopped at the Collierville Home Depot for many years, always a true, place to shop. Employees at this location have been curious, eager to help and even solved problems with projects I shop for.

2 helpful employees have always been friendly and very helpful in the paint department. Ms. Pam and Gavin Winnsett. We buy a lot of paint and wood material for our games we make. A lot of them are college colors and Ms. Pam and Gavin go the extra mile to get the right formula and color match. These kind of employees will keep us coming back for more business.

I shopped at this store this morning. I found what I was looking for here after going to two other stores. I was assisted by a very nice associate whose name is Clyde. He ROCKS! When I go back there I will look for Clyde so he can help me. What a great employee for you guys! You need more like Clyde!

Love the store, products and employees!

The associates at the Collierville store are very knowledgeable and helpful. We are currently replacing our flooring in the bedrooms and our sales associate gave us great information and guided us through what we needed.

Gavin in the paint dept. has helped us out with many colors that no longer show up in your system. We make a lot of crafts and use the Glidden and PPG paints. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We have had others in the past that were nice but were unable to help us with finding our paint colors in the system.

This experience was outstanding in that they not only had everything I needed but LaShonda the employee that asked me if I needed help literally walked me through the whole process from start to finish and with a pleasant attitude. OUTSTANDING employee!! Thank you LaShonda.

Helpful employees, neat and orderly stock

Home Depot is a great store. So organized, clean and helpful staff. I get a deer in the head-light look whenever I need DIY items. Their associates are sooooo helpful. They can help you find it, figure out how to use it, and buy it. Nothing they can't do and with a smile on their face. I needed an automatic timer for outside lights. An associate walked by as I was shopping and asked if he could help. He helped me choose a timer that would work best for me. He explained how to install/and use it. My lights looked great before but now they look even better because they automatically turn on and off, Their flowers and plants are awesome too. Be sure to visit their garden for the latest and greatest plants. You may enter the store with a deer in the headlight look, but you will leave looking like an elk!

This store has made me feel at home since day one. All the employees made it that way with their friendliness, concern and professionalism. This store carried me from day one of their opening to the selling of my home that I had for over 30 years. Each time they were always friendly professionals ready to help. And just about everything I needed I found it there and if I couldn't, they would help me find it without me asking for help! New home now.....so I'll be seeing more @HOME DEPOT.

Customer Service employee was terrible. I found the Ryobi 40V trimmer I wanted for $129. When I checked out, it showed $159. The cashier was very helpful and called a customer service employee to go with me to check the price. He first got upset that I did not have the trimmer with me. I told him I knew where it was. Then when I showed him that the price was $129, he said, "What do you want me to do about it?" I said that I wanted to pay $129. He said "That's not a problem." I said it was a problem since the register said $159. Then he said, "I already told you I would take care of that." If I had not needed a trimmer immediately, I would have left this one in the check out line. The cashier was apologetic and as helpful as possible, but the Customer Service needs a lot of work.

No issues with my visit. New plants were being put out and I was not sure of the pricing/

Thank you to the pro desk ladies at this location. They go above and beyond to service their clients. Renee was the pro desk person that helped with my flooring purchase. I would not have purchased the product if it wasn't for her help. I can't thank her enough....Thank you, Thank you and Thank you.

Please get employees that are visible and know what they are doing. I get tired of tracking them down and then when I find someone if it’s a younger person they have know I idea what I’m talking about It did not happen today because Catherine assisted me and she has been at the Collierville tn store for years and has helped me in many different areas so she is familiar with all she deserves a raise or bonus she’s always helpful. Half of the employees at this store are never to be found and it appears they have no one to help u. Hire some people!
