Whenever you're at the garden center of home depot, collierville, tn, go to Dawn (whenever she's at work) if you have any questions. She's very knowledgeable about flowers and she'll give you good advice on how to take care of them. Thank you Dawn for being super helpful!

Good luck with "customer service". I couldn't even get a "hello" or "thank you" from Janiya at check out! That sort of attitude sends me elsewhere! "Were our associates friendly and helpful?" No, at least not Janiya!

Great store, great service, and great employees. Had a questions about the price of an item, didn't have to hunt anyone down, the cashier did it all, and didn't seem to mind.

The products I needed were easy to find. The appliance associate was very knowledgable about the washer dryer sets.

Rude assistance in lawn power tools. Customer service desk could not locate manager. Do not recommend. Will not go back if other stores have what I need.

I just wrote some comments on the Sweepstakes, BUT will repeat. You have a store closer to my home but a neighbor recommended this store as this is where he shops. Cleaner, brighter and the lighting appeared to be better. I bought a $550.00 Electric Mower last week. At checkout the Cashier offered me the opportunity to open an account and save 10%, but because I have a Credit Freeze on my accounts for security purposes this was a bit of a hassle and so I passed. She was friendly and courteous....and got a young man help me lift the box into the back of my car. Overall, a good experience and I was back yesterday for garden supply and to buy a toilet seat. Another good experience as I needed help to get itboff an upper shelf.

The Paint Center associate completely ignored us. My husband initiated contact. With an attitude he took the order. While standing at the counter with my children waiting on our paint he begin fan his arms in the air at us angrily without saying anything so I asked him could I help him, he then yelled at us to move away from the counter. So we moved from the counter and he continued to stare us down and threw the paint mixer on the counter at us when he asked for one.
