i went to get solar battery not in store agent was very helpful went on web found me one and best fit my need and help to have it exported

Had a wonderful experience with Clement in Appliances. He made what was going to be a long drawn out process (choosing 6 new appliances )into something very simple, and was extremely kind and patient the whole time. He never rushed us and answered every single one of our questions. He is a gem!

I had the pleasure of working with Siraj. I had an in-store purchase issue and an online purchase issue, I had the in-store issue handled promptly and past my full satisfaction. I took that opportunity to throw another issue which wasn't an in-store issue but an online issue. Not only did Siraj graciously assist with the online issue, he was able to rectify that problem as well again past my expectations. I came in tonight to purchase a product that was not on the floor. I asked for the manager to help Alvin came right out and greeted me and helped locate the item I was searching for. It was late pretty close to closing but he went way beyond to get the items down from top of the garden area. He helped me over to Kay who was extremely friendly to check out my purchase. Alvin waited for the guys to load the items and he loaded them onto my car..Tjis location will be my only location to go for items for my home!!!

Great place to shop I refer most of my customers to Home Depot and it's one of the stores I would say rated number one throughout Broward I shop here for years the customers love it the employees feel like a part of family they're very good employees great people to work with ask questions they go above and beyond trying to please your needs when you come into that store

I just left Home Depot. I needed to use customer service because the item i needed was out and f stock. Both Siraj and Carlos attended to my needs and made sure I was happy and got what I needed. A very good experience.

Because this store has THE BEST manager! Howard is very professional and he is 100% compromised with the customer and what he does! I’m professional organizer, and I’m staging a beautiful house at Parkland. I was in need with some plants today, Sunday, and Howard make sure that everything works to my project! I’m very grateful for his competence and effort to help me! Thank you very much Howard! You deserve 6 stars!
