Big problems w/delivery of my oven. It ruined my Christmas w/my family. Need refunds promised, nothing yet.. Awful experience & never again will I shop Home Depot

This Home Depot must have good managers because I have had more then great experiences in three different instances one day with young boy DAVID kid with the happy pip to his step. Once with Chen the multi lingual very polite Asian guy. And once with Ralph , the older man always willing to share his knowledge and wisdom.

I’m work in a trade where my time is valuable, this Home Depot location allows me to get in, pick up what I need and head back to the job asap..

As a loyal customer, I had high expectations for Black Friday, especially with regards to the anticipated deals on Propane grills. However, my experience was far from satisfactory and has left me questioning my future patronage of your establishment. Firstly, I was astonished to find that there were no Black Friday sales on Propane grills. Black Friday is renowned for its significant discounts and special offers, and it's a day many customers, including myself, eagerly await to make major purchases. The absence of any discount on such a sought-after item, particularly on a day synonymous with sales, was not only unexpected but also deeply disappointing. My primary reason for visiting your store was to purchase a NextGrill 5-burner model. Unfortunately, the only model (a 4-burner model) available was in a deplorable state - it was missing parts and visibly damaged. This not only reflects poorly on your quality control processes but also on your commitment to customer satisfaction. Adding to my frustration, the store's inventory system indicated the availability of five more 5-Burner models, yet none were to be found on the shop floor. This discrepancy between your computer system and actual stock is alarming and suggests a severe lack of management oversight. It's unacceptable that items are either missing or stolen without any update or amendment in the system. The situation was further exacerbated by the lack of awareness and prompt service from your staff. After waiting for 20 minutes to get assistance, it took an additional 30 minutes of my time to explain and demonstrate the issues at hand. The staff seemed completely unaware of the stock discrepancies and the condition of the product on the floor. This level of unpreparedness and lack of knowledge, especially on one of the busiest shopping days of the year, is unacceptable. Moreover, the alternative options presented to me were far from satisfactory. The suggested 5-burner propane grills were priced over $500, which is steeply beyond expectations for Black Friday. It is disheartening that no reasonable alternatives or compensatory offers were provided, considering the circumstances. In conclusion, my experience at your store was far from the efficient and satisfying shopping experience one would expect on Black Friday. I spent over an hour in your store, and the only purchase I made was a pack of long stem wooden matches - a trivial consolation for the time and effort wasted. I urge you to address these issues promptly: ensure accurate inventory management, improve the condition of your products, train your staff to be more knowledgeable and responsive, and most importantly, align your Black Friday sales with customer expectations. Failure to do so will not only result in the loss of loyal customers like myself but also tarnish the reputation of your brand.
