Had a wonderful experience at this Home Depot. I was searching for plants for my front porch, where it is completely in the shade, and needed plants that would survive with no direct sunlight. A lady named Avian came by and helped me. She explained to me how to care for the plants she helped me pick out, she helped me create an assortment for my planter, and was very kinda and courteous. She was not pushy, like how some sales associates seem to be, she listened to what I was looking for, and gave me feedback and guided me around the garden area. She was an absolute delight, I would come back to this Home Depot just to see her for my next gardening project!

Shopping for Citrus fruit trees - the in store expert Avian was supremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice on which plants to choose how to care and how to plant. She advised on pruning, watering in and even the type and taste of each fruit chosen that we expect when ripe. Having visited numerous stores and a couple of nurseries in our search we were impressed by the experts knowledge the quality of the chosen plants and ease of the purchase process. Store was very compliant for social distancing and staff procedures for Covid.

I needed to return an online order today and I was able to do so with relative ease. The line moved quickly and when there was a glitch with the system, the customer service rep, Eileen, worked quickly to resolve it.

Impossible to find help . employees they like to socialize with co-workers walking around the store not helping customers!

I needed help finding windows and got all the help i needed. Then the cashier by the name of Rosa helped me during checkout. She was very helpful and pleasant.

I bought several plants, I have to say that who took this experience from a regular Home Depot visit to an amazing visit was AVIAN (I hope I’m spelling it right) I didn’t even asked for her help but she offered, thank God! Because I didn’t even know what I was doing, she asked me about my needs and the spaces for the plants that I was looking for, she even recommended the vase for one of the plants. AMAZING! Very patient and you can tell she cares about the plans and the people she is helping.

The sales person was short with us and told us that it would take 2 weeks for delivery due to sales. No one called the day before to confirm appointment time. They would not take to doors off the fridge to fit in screen enclosure and made a huge gouge in the front of the fridge and tore up our screen enclosure. It took 1 hr. to talk to someone and they told us they go through a 3rd party that deals with the order and they will call us back and refused to give us that number. When talking with the company, they told us that home depot does not carry the items and directly delivers from GE. That is why it took 2 weeks for delivery. They said it would take another 2 weeks for delivery. So we cancelled the order. It took another hr to get back on with Home Depot to cancel the order through them. No questions asked about why we were cancelling. Terrible customer service.

The customer service is a joke. The loading area is always filled with parked trucks. The contractor cashier area is always filled with merchandise and you can't get past it.

Robert at curbside order pick up is very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help me load my patio umbrella and plants even though I wasn’t an online order customer. I was just parked nearby and struggling with my awkward umbrella. Thank you for you help. Everyone at this store is great.

the people at the store were friendly Ryobi rep helped me with my purchase and has my interest in purchasing an electric riding mower.

Aisles are cluttered, associates standing around the checkout area not doing anything, forcing most customers to use the self checkout machines. You employed these associates to work for you, make the associates work and use the self checkouts as an overflow not primary source for the customers. Clean-up the aisles to allow more floor space, in many area's it was like going through a dense forest looking for items to purchase.

I have been a long time customer of home depot in Clermont Florida. I am very please with the customer service I received from the staff that I have provided service to me in the pass. I like the products that I purchase from this home depot that I purchase.

We are Snowbirds and love the convenience of Home Depot’s on-line service and truck rentals. Our winter home has been almost entirely renovated with Home Depot products. We like the quality and service especially of the Hwy 50 Clermont store.

We spend over $250,000 a year with Home Depot and just disappointed at the customer experience. As a contractor it’s important that we come in get our materials, and head out to the job site as quick as we can for our team members. Every morning, several isles are blocked of for various reasons. Generally the first five isles in which we need to to gather materials. Tool isles are blocked as well. This morning was no different. Looks like the employee was moving around some vacuums, etc. Why can’t you shift products down off top racks at night, or very early morning before customers arrive. That’s like you go to a restaurant that is open for business, order food, and they advise you they are starting to do their prep, so you’ll have to wait for the prep to be done, then at some point they will start cooking it. Labor cost is high, so our time is valuable. Just sharing my frustrations.

The employees in the store were very courteous. Don't understand why I was singled out for a denied return. I know you turn this over to a third party but that third party will not even answer my phone calls. I would really appreciate your help or at least have oversight of this third party issues.
