I have shopped this location regularly for the past 16 years and have always been satisfied with HD products and services. It is my "go to" place for home related products and services.

Did not have what I wanted in stock had to order. Store cleanliness was oaky. Assistance, we had to search for someone and yes they were friendly. Shopping experience was okay until product was delivered. If I could give this store negative stars I would. Even though I asked 4 times & was ASSURED the stacking component was on my order it was NOT, even read me the order and said the stacking component was on the order. Calling the store to get the missing part, has been less than satisfactory challenge. Home Depot always disappoints. Talked to 3 people, got bounced all over, no one could 'do' anything. The 'manager" was just about useless. The delivery crew, headed by Jordan, was EXCELLENT and professional.

Employees are very helpful , Jackie in appliances was very friendly and was most helpful. The only negative thing is that you could use a little more help with answering the phones.

This store has become very customer focused over the last few years. Associates are quick to assist and glad to do so. I also appreciate the fact that the phone is answered in a timely manner compared to several years ago. My wife and I shop there now more than ever. Just bought a new hot water tank...associate fixed me up with everything I needed in very short time!

Ron in flooring was great & very knowledgeable

I like the store in general. They try their best to keep it clean. The parking lot is in good shape although it could use a facelift. Most of the employees seem to be a little overworked and not really genuinely friendly. They will help you but it always seems as though they are only doing it because they don't want to get a bad review from a customer. It seems to take a long time to get a person to help you but that is pretty much par for the course. I can only assume that management is putting more emphasis on stocking the shelves than it is on good customer service.

Avian in the Garden department is an unbelievable wealth of knowledge on the plants. She’ll help you pick the healthiest plant and give you all sorts of extra tips as you go. She really took all the overwhelm out of the experience. It was the kind of help you’d get if you went to a nursery...right there at Home Depot. The other things is every employee I dealt with was so efficient and kind. Great experience!

The most friendly associates that work at this location, other stores, St. Cloud for example could learn from this store. Love this STORE!

The staff at this HD is so much more friendly than the other box store just down the road where you feel like you're bothering them with any questions.

These cashiers and garden staff are WONDERFUL and will go out of their way to help you. Just pray that you don’t need help from a manager. They will either leave you standing in a store department and never come back. Or, they will have ZERO knowledge about the products in the store. They won’t know if floor models have all the parts, nor where to get a part, if the product is missing anything. They will tell you to “do some internet research.” “Because Home Depot doesn’t train their managers very well.” Or they might suggest you spend 3 times the money you just spent, to get a product that they know has all the parts. Cashiers GREAT ! It was a cashier that finally assisted me with the part I needed. If you see Cathy, Bryce or Steve..... they’re worth $1,000,000.- Managers less than zero.

This tire is always my go to. COVID precautions are on point! Cashiers Anna and Rylie are some of the kindest I’ve met!

Found my item via internet, no contact with employees. Was in and out in 5 minutes. The survey took more of my time than shopping. :-(

The staff at the Clermont, Florida Home Depot were all polite and helpful. When I entered the store, I was very frustrated regarding an attempted online purchase gone bad. Tony, the Plumbing Department Lead, arranged for me to receive a very sweet deal on a superior product. Thanks to Tony, I left the store a very happy customer! He turned a negative situation into a highly positive experience.

Always the best customer service! I visit Home Depot a lot and the associate Rylie Has always been so sweet and professional! Thanks Home Depot for hiring such polite associates! The store is always well stocked, clean and the COVID precautions make me feel safe while shopping.

No cashiers available to checkout @ 6:38 PM had to use the self checkouts long lines not enough help to accommodate the customer. I typically like Home Depot but learning not to like to go to this one. Restrooms filthy & nasty no one evidence sanitizing the carts.

Definitely would recommend. All of the employees went above and beyond to be helpful even when I called. Sometimes you don't get superior care when calling big stores, but it was not the case with the employee we spoke with. We drove 45 minutes to get to this store to purchase a certain product and it was well worth the drive.
