I purchased/replaced all my house appliances & ceiling fans twice in 22 years at Home Depot. Also purchase all my home necessities & garden supplies when needed.

Hero Brown, a manager at Clermont store went so far above and beyond in helping me that I can't even express enough gratitude. He is truly an asset to Home Depot.

After several attempts on recent visits to resolve an issue with the HD app and using my military discount instead of my Pro account, which when I used my phone number, my military discount was not there and only my Pro Account could be selected, Katrina in Customer Service was able to show me where in the app I could pull up the QR code and get my military discount that way. I hope HD fixes this glitch asap..

Home Depot was full of helpful employees willing to spend the time with you so that you actually achieve your objective.

Very positive experience with customer service at this particular store so far. Always have found someone willing to assist and take the time to address my needs. Special shoutout to Rhonda who during my last shopping experience helped me out at the self check-out register and made it very easy for me. Great job!

Dirty parking lot , Debris and trash everywhere . Unwelcoming feel in the store , It is as if your in there when you shouldn't' have been. No associate from Plumbing to Hardware made any attempt to talk ,or look my way . I saw nothing but hands in pockets and walking around from the Orange parade of associates avoiding me.

Great Store Perfect and close to my home.

I have been shopping at Home Depot since the first store opened. IN Georgia and have always had excellent service.

Avian always helps when you come in to get a specific item or help w which plant would be good or better for where you are thinking to putting it ! I found everyone was great !

I bought appliances here and staffs was very helpful and it's was a good prices.

No one was willing to help me choose a siding for my house. Manager said I would have to come in between 6am and 6pm. I drove a long way for nothing

Not enough employees to help you thru out the store, and no registers with a real live person to help you.

I found what I have been searching for and less expensive. Let's face it, everything is expensive nowadays, si before purchasing stop by Home Depot.

Thank you Home Depot and the employees in the flooring department, I am grateful that you made my purchase easy and stress free. I have to say that I have had a lot of stress lately and this wasn't one of them. I appreciate the attention to detail and making sure my order was as I wished. I cannot wait to see the finished product!!

I went to purchase 10 gallon bucket of paint and Xack, I believe, was very polite and thoughtful. Addressed each customer as they came for help, and helped put the paint in my cart. This kind of customer service is dying slowly. Keep up the great work.

From new electric range to outdoor trees, shrubs, tile, everything to bring your home to your comfort space, Home Depot is the place to shop.

Bought all the fans for my house and love that they are great quality. I normally purchase the salt for my water filtration there as well. They always have availability for these. We will be going back to buy the edging and pebbles for our landscape. We purchased our washer and dryer and Samsung Refrigerator from Home Depot. Truly the place to shop for my Home!

I purchased mulch and without asking, the team member asked if I needed assistance loading my car and found someone to help me

Good store location, sometimes very busy and it reflects in the overall store attitude. Never see a manager in the mix, The solders are running the war while the Generals sleep. Parking lot is always filthy and full of trash, nails, beer bottles etc. This kind of brings down Clermont's beauty. Most of the time they have what you're looking for. I see lots of young folks working departments with very little knowledge of what they are selling. I think a little more personalized supervision may be required (Job Shadowing) . After all Home Depot this is the face of your company when we go in and shop. I recommend if you shop this location go in early. midday its like Easter you will need to Hunt for assistance.

Michelle Carter in Kitchen and Bath Department is tops...Informed me of the pros and cons of ideas I had for a bathroom project, gave me great ideas and the feature and benefits of selections. This is what customer service is about.

Home Depot shoppers - check prices very carefully and make sure your products are rung up correctly. Products did not ring up at the same price as listed. It was a huge hassle and colossal waste of time to get this resolved!

I went into the Clermont store this morning and it reminded me of Ghost town in Arizona Empty of all help , You must have an amazing breakroom or someone bought donuts this morning . I saw no associates when I needed help.

Find an Employee then you're all set they remain very pleasantly knowledgeably very helpful; Really appreciate HD's coupons I asked them to put me on list :) and the appliances we've purchased there free delivery are always VG condition! Great store good luck sticking to Your list :)

We were looking for a product and we were told by an employee at a different location that the product was discontinued. However, John from Hardware at the Clermont Location made our experience memorable. He was courteous, helpful and was able to locate the product for us. Thank you for this great experience and excellent service.

This location is very well stocked, clean and friendly. We were able to find all that we needed.

I was in need of a 100 amp fuse and not so sure if the one I grabbed was the correct one. The store was about to close; so I was certain there wouldn't be anyone to answer my questions. To my surprise a guy named Ed was right around the corned, and he answered all my questions. The Clermont Home Depot gets my business first before I go anywhere.
