I mostly shop at this store, clean, friendly, assistance when I needed it, and helpful. Also found what we needed easy.

Woman working in paint was so busy talking with other employees that she couldn't be bothered to help me. When I asked where a specific kind of paint was located she turned and pointed and said with an attitude, "Down that isle." So I walked down that isle, again. After a few moments she walked up behind me and said in a nasty manner, "What are you looking for SIR?" I told her a Quart of Black, Semi-Gloss, Oil Based Enamel. You would have thought I'd asked to commit a sin the way she replied, "I'll have to mix that."

Great people, great store, great location

Clayton Home Depot has very helpful employees. They seem to know how to hire the right people. Always, a good experience.

The store is well organized, clean & well stocked... but most of all, the Managers and staff are awesome. They care about the customers! Especially the Manager Brandon, and associates: Jaden, Jaye & Jennifer! We lost our grill when it broke loose and fell out the back of our truck on a very steep hill... but they all saved the day with exceptional compassion and service in our time of stress!

Lara did a great job helping me determine that a Home Depot light bulb replacement would work on my old flashlight. She was also very friendly!

Best customer service ever. Hands down beats any other home improvement store in every category; lumber, appliances, everything. I live in a town that has a competitor store but I drive 20+ miles to the next town to shop at Homedepot if that tell's you anything.

Needed a refrigerator to store insulin as our refrigerator was on its last leg...50 degrees at its coldest. Chris, the store manager helped alot by giving us a loaner till the replacement refrigerator was due to arrive, middle of April 2020. Exceptional service both by the manager and service personnel[Dana} and cashiers at the front of the store. Much appreciated at a confusing time.

Very pleased with the friendliness and the professionalism that took place during my visit. Was not happy with having to drive an extra hundred mile round trip to pick up an item from another store because the store would not ship it to them where I lived at this store was very disappointed in that I believe that Home Depot should at least had offered a $20 gift card for fuel for the problems that I had to drive and pick up an item a hundred miles round trip awayand probably wouldn't say anything about the two and a half hours it took for them to get it right on billing my card and not giving me my merchandise. Turned out to be a fiasco they handled it but took an extra long time and getting that done

Friendly folks, when I need help finding an item someone is always close by & knows exactly where the item I am looking for is located.

I would simply like to commend Jaden and Jennifer at the Customer Service Desk for their kind, courteous and professional attitudes. They are always knowledgeable and expeditious in everything they do. The Store Manager should be proud to have them on the staff. Way to go Store #8412!

The new self checkout terminals are GREAT! Large display screens and easy to use hand held scanners. A huge improvement over the previous self checkout hardware.
