Just moving to the area, I have been in and out of this store many times. Every individual who works here is incredible! Very easy to work with and very helpful!!!

Great garden center staff!

Although some employees were a bit confused how to handle online ordering they were respectful they referred me back to customer servicing. Customer service desk came thru again and handle all with patience and courteousness!

This is a great Home Depot. The staff are all around friendly. The Pro desk is the best, they go above and beyond for contractors!

No matter when I am in there, employees always asked if I'm being helped or if there is anything they can do for me. I appreciate that. And the cashier that waited on me, Kristie, was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and orderly, and I found everything I needed.

The ladies in the flooring section and Don in the kitchen cabinet section were extremely helpful. They greeted me immediately and worked with me attentively until I got just what I needed. Customer service can make or break a store experience. These service representatives definitely worked hard to make my store experience at Home Depot in Claremont, NH the best it could be.

the service was great!!!! the associates were very friendly, and the store was clean. things were posted and easy to find, but it i was in a particular area and there was an associate right there i just asked and they told me which isle it was in, but they also walked me down to that section and asked if they could help me find what i was looking for. i loved it there.

The Claremont Home Depot has the friendliest and most helpful staff of any we've visited in Vermont and NH. Maybe we're biased, but we also seem to have better luck finding what we want at this branch than we do at others. The aisles are well lit and organized, and if you go during the week, it's rarely overcrowded. Best of all, you can always count on finding knowledgeable staff. They have never steered us wrong. This particular store often has discounted items that don't appear on the website, so it's worth the trouble to make the trip in person. Hands down, this is our favorite branch.

Personnel were very friendly and knew about the products they were in charge of. Its very helpful that Home Depots are arranged pretty much the same. We used to go to the Home Depot in Middletown, Ct and now that we've moved we go to Claremont, NH. Easy to find things we need. Aisles are sometimes crowded with too much merchandise. Store is always clean and plenty of merchandise and easy to find what we want.

The associate in appliances was extremely helpful ,and knowledgeable .

The store is full equipped with all sort of construction and remodeling material. It is easy to find items needed, the variety of items is also a plus. The store is clean and organized.

Friday night and almost no customers? Price on item rang up higher than posted on display. Employee took my word on what price should have been and adjusted it. Would have thought they'd at least have called for a price check?

The floor personnel and the cashier's were great. All the employees are always helpful.

Best home depot I have ever been to. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. They have helped me load my truck more than once just because they happened to be walking by. Always able to find someone to help me when I need it. Best employees!

They need to hire more people.not enough to help customers. They also need to fix anything that is broke that customers may need. Like the cutter for flooring. Not tell customers it broke and don't know when it will be fixed.

Always a pleasure coming into this store. Not only do the employees actually help and answer questions, they are friendly and patient. I can find whatever I'm looking for very easily and just roaming the aisles I get great ideas about future projects.
