I was in the store today and the Employees where very helpful and on point. I spoke with the store manager Ed to personally tell him how I felt. Very nice guy. Thank you....

Great job helping me get my freezer! I know it is a tough time to work retail with all the COVID 19 safety procedures but everyone and everything was in compliance making me feel safe to shop there.

Store is always well stocked and employees helpful

Employees were not helpful and parts were missing from our brand new grill.

My son and I went to the home depot for a ryobi weed wacker, 2 cycle oil and trimmer line. I found they have a great selection of parts and accessories for my Weber grill. I'll be headed back to the home depot soon.

I purchased a John Deere lawn tractor and set up delivery for my daughter and her husband as a surprise. I live in MA., and my daughter lives in White River Junction, VT. so I did it all over the phone through the Claremont, NH store. The person who helped my was extremely courteous and helpful in setting this up. She also told me about the free cart offer with the model I bought so that was a $200 value that I didn't know about!

This store is usually great, but come to find out if a cashier named Gail is working she will tell you can save money instantly by just applying for a credit card. However if you do and are not immediately approved she will cut the discount in half while making snarky remarks about it might have been nice if you were approved. Very rude and unprofessional.

Their policy of having employees wear masks is a farce! At least half don't even have masks on. One-quarter have masks but wear them below their nose or chin. This has been our experience multiple times in the Claremont Store. We will begin to go elsewhere!

Great lumber department very very friendly cashiers thank you

Every associate I dealt with was great and I dealt with quite a few from gardening, power equipment, hardware, lumber with custom cutting, plumbing, electrical, and customer service with a warranty. I was there a quite a while and left happy. Even my cashier Caitlyn made me smile and then a greeter leaving the store said "Thank you for your service Marine". He noticed my hat. Put me in a good mood.

Megan was an absolute lifesaver! She went above and beyond by helping me find some provisions I needed during this crazy Covid-19 pandemic. There was a issue with another employee which left me rather shocked and kind of stunned by their behavior. Megan did not hesitate to step in and help me! I could not thank her enough!!! I will drive 45 minutes to the Claremont Home Depot simply because of her actions. It’s nice to see people genuinely helping other people especially during times of crisis! Thank you again Megan!

Great experience in Appliances. Mike L was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time with me in selecting my Kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. It was a major purchase and it was very comfortable.

Compared to the Home Depot’s in Massachusetts this store is well stocked and every single employee was helpful and out and out kind. In electronics Dave was great. In tools Mike S and Patricia were funny and helpful.

I have always been very satisfied with merchandise I purchased in this store. My purchase of pleated shades to fit my bedroom window a few years ago was very successful and fit perfectly with the help of one of your sales women. They are still working out very well.

The Claremont Home Depot is our go to Store for home products, appliances, building supplies, tools and outdoor equipment, plus other items I can't think of right now. I have always found the store to be clean and tidy and most of the time have had no trouble finding help whenever needed.

FRIENDLY . KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES STAFF. ITEMS USUALLY IN STOCK. SPECIAL ORDERS ARRIVE AS PER STORE SCHEDULE. NO HASSLE ON RETURNS --- I REALLY LIKE THAT !!!

If you shop here, ask for Tom! He is so knowledgeable, helpful and humble! I will only shop there when he is there!

To much stuff in the isles. Hard to get around. Store was very dusty. The worker were great. But hard to shop with all the stuff in the isles. Cart kept hitting displays. Check out was great! Hope you don’t have a wheelchair!
