Very disappointed with the customer service here.

Carpet person cut our rug the wrong size. Went back to get it cut correctly as i didnt have the capacity to do it a the job site and the carpet person said that it happens all the time and then walked away! Had to run him down and ask for it to be cut correctly. Checkout girl looked tired and too bored to be working and gave a sarcastic remark about the noise coming from a water pump right next to the checkout register. You can do better. This is the same store that was involved in a identity scandal where the front office employees got arrested. You would think you would have cleaned up the place of bad employees.

Had an exceptional experience at this store March 2019. Was met by department associate a split second before I had a chance to open my mouth to a nearby associate (for help). I did not even get to the other associate by stepping up to her, she had already signaled the person I needed to come and help. I was assisted with a purchase, and very efficiently checked out. During that check out process I had a chance to witness how others calling in at the same time were handled. Frankly, I could have been either one of those people and would have been happy. Neither customer were unduly inconvenienced and we both got the help we needed, and pretty efficiently (not just fast).

Great help in choosing products from Home Depot employees for me to get my house repairs done. Many thanks! Also Keith was great when i had a return and he made it so easy for me. I have much more to purchase & will remain with shopping at Home Depot!

This store usually has everything I am searching for. Recently on 2 separate occasions I have ordered kitchen appliances from the. The persons I have done business with have been very friendly and have made my purchasing experiences easy for me. The hours open are convenient and they try to keep everything neat and easy to find.

I just made a major purchase in the Cicero Home Depot. I commend Aaron and Sue for helping me negotiate the sale and save me money in the process. Because of their knowledge and friendly manner, I look forward to working with them in the future. I feel that Home Depot really cares about their customers.
