Horrible, I bought product as a pick up later and when I returned to get it product was sold, no offer to another item just its not in the building, overall not very helpful staff at this location

The employees at this location are always helpful, courteous and polite. Nice store to shop at!

I am always impressed with the level of customer care in this store.

We like shopping early in the morning. We checked out the web site before we came. Looking for a perticular saw. I looked through your seeds and I am looking to start some seeds in a indoor hydroponic. The cashier was pleasant and helpful.

I went to this Home depot because the week before I was there and my daughter fell in love with a Sanat on display, I have a special needs child she does not ever ask for anything, But she was adament about seeing this Santa when she seen it and made sure I went back there before I checked out also. My daughter is deaf and does not speak. She started banging on her wheel chair and I did not know why. So i stopped and stood infront og her signing what? She ponted across the store to a Santa, so we went to see it. then after a bit I went to get the Items I went there for. As I was heading to check out she kept signing Santa. So we went to see him again When I went back a few days later to purchase him and surprise her , they was sold out. But they did sell me the display model. She is so happy yo have him. Sadly when I got him in the house and plugged im in he is not dancingand I can not figure out why, He is still singing. But with her being deaf the big part for her was him dancing. But either way she is very happy to have this hge santa .

Overall the store was in neat and clean order. Staff on the floor was helpful, I did not require help, however, it was offered multiple times. The items I was purchasing were right where I knew they would be, which is great. To cap it off, the cashier, Patricia, was very friendly and cheery to my daughter and I, and engaged in fun and playful conversation with my daughter about roasting marshmallows (I was buying fire logs, so it was relevant to my purchase). If all staff could be that friendly at other businesses, shopping experiences would be much better. Jason Paul Marino

Randy rocks! After several attempts to order a torsion spring for my Clopay garage door, Randy aswered the call. It was no longer his area, but familiar with the process, he took my information, contacted Clopay, called me back sooner than he said he would and had the invoice at the service desk for me to pay and sign. Until Randy answered the phone, I was getting no where. Thank you for everything Randy. Your assistance is GREATLY appreciated and recognized! Ask for Randy, he rocks!

I have remodeled two bathrooms, two bedrooms and replaced every interior door in the house along with new lighting and flooring with all products purchased from this store. Issues with delivery and manufacture defects, which will occur with large orders, were handled swiftly and in a professional manner by the store management.

Great Location with Starbucks in the Same Lot!, Clean, Organized, Well Lit, and Stocked Well, Employees are Helpful and Knowledgeable with their Products & Services, They have Innovative Ideas and Experience.

I sometimes find it difficult to find products on my own, but find the employees very willing to help and knowlegable.

Yesterday I was in line for customer service. Elderly woman was in line. She wanted someone to put together her weed wacker. No problem, there were 8 people behind the counter. A employee names Will came out behind the counter and started assembling it. He was the cashier. After 5 minutes the guy in front of me asked him if someone could help us. WILL just looked at him and said nothing. After 3 more minutes, I asked him the same thing. Again, he just looked at us and said nothing. Plenty of help available if he just asked for help. It was a busy Sunday. To ignore both of us was beyond frustrating.

Have been to this store 5 times this week alone and second time today. Always great except for this last time everyone was rude!!!!

Clean and organized....

I came in the store to buy a replacement shut off valve for her under our kitchen sink. I purposely went to Customer Service to see if they could hook me up with someone who could help me find the exact right size. They told me to go to aisle seven which is plumbing in that someone meet me there. An older woman is with shoulderlength gray hair approached me and immediately said “what’s that?“ When she saw what I was holding and with before I even had a chance to answer she said “I’ve never even seen something like that in my life we don’t sell that“. I told her that it was the inside part of a shut off valve. She interrupted me and said “we don’t sell just that part”. I told her that I had planned on buying the whole shut off valve and I just needed her assistance in making sure I bought the right size as they sell half inch and three eights inch shut off valves. She Said “I don’t know how to do that”. She then said “I don’t need you giving me any grief and be nasty to me I’m not in the mood”. At which point I told her I was not being nasty and that I had asked for them to send someone who could help and had knowledge of these things. She then said “well we’re shorthanded and I am all that’s here so I am what you’ve got“ when I told her I all I really needed was her helping me to figure out ways I need, She said that “it would take a wrench to take the shut off valve apart” and When I asked if he could get one so I could be absolutely sure before going home the part I have is the same as what I was purchasing she said “we don’t have those”. That’s gonna be the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard in my whole life for one of your employees to say that they don’t have wrenches in the store! I figured out by comparing the bolts next to each other which size I needed and went to the self check out and left the store. I left the store completely shocked, humiliated, angry and absolutely sure that I was not going to shop there again.

The employees are always very helpful and friendly! I go to this store frequently. Love Behr paint.

I did an internet order. First, they said mulch was not available at my store. They have pallets of them sitting in the parking lots - pallets. So they wanted to ship them to me with a shipping cost of 127 dollars. The rest of my order was "ready' the next day (though one thing had to be shipped). I got there, called, was told it would be right out. Called back 15 minutes later, was told it would be right out. Called back 10 minutes later, was told it would be right out. Went into the store 10 minutes after that, talked to customer service woman who said 'the order isn't in the store, it's being shipped to your house'. I told her I had called twice already and was told that it would be right out, and if she could just tell me where it was I would go ahead and get it myself.She gave me paperwork and sent me on my way. Found the order in the back corner of the store, with 3 employees hanging out. Despite having paperwork, I still had to wheel it out through a register to have someone check me out. Very disappointing. Never had a problem doing online orders with the other big box DIY store, even in these corona times.

The associates were knowledgeable and very helpful in quickly identifying a the correct replacement for my 14 year old garbage disposal. Pricing for my purchase was better than the competition stores as well.

The Home Depot staff was helpful during my visit. I needed a electrical wire, and I brought in a sample of the wire that I needed it specifically to replace it. The staff assisted me appropriately yet when I return to my home and I began to unsheath the wire it was evident that I was given the wrong wire. I need it a specific gauge and was given the wrong gauge, and too many wires within the sheathed cable. Now the store will not exchange the item for the proper item as it was a staff member who chose the incorrect product.

It's always a pleasure shopping at The Home Depot! The staff is helpful and friendly, the store is clean, and I never have a problem finding everything I need. If you're never visited a Hope Depot, you don't know what you're missing! Every mans dream store without a doubt!

We stopped into Home Depot to price out the supplies to refinish our wood floors. I purchased some seeds and a gallon of oops paint. Staff was professional and courteous.

Randy in the garden department is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.! Mike, one of the managers, is also incredibly helpful and friendly! I recommend this store highly!
