Returns/Customer Service Desk needs communication training when dealing with customers, take your time and be patient, if you don't know an item ask a teammate, work together...aside from that, ok experience.

LOOKED FOR HOSE BUT SELECTION WAS VERY LIMITED.

Everyone at all customers service was very helpful

This store is convenient for where I live. It has everything I need and easy to search for the items I get. I have memorized the way the store is arranged and I seldom ask for assistance. When I do the employees are courteous enough either to check on availability or point me in the direction to the item location.

excellent service, very friendly atmosphere

Every time I go to this location the staff is friendly and helpful. The associate in plumbing supplies was very knowledgeable and patient and worked with me at my skill level and with what my abilities and expectations were. I didn't even have to make a return trip for that job. Great work, store #0658!

There is one head Cashier her name Maribel she’s so rude for customer and for employees. She has zero knowledge about the customer service and they respect for her employees

Ibrahim k cashier he’s so friendly & I love to come and see him . He always taking care of all the customer and he make them happy, I hope see you like him in our community always . and one time I try to tip him but he said he can’t he just do his best thank you so much for Home Depot and thank you so much for Ibrahim k .

Employees are rude not helpful always to busy to help. Do not know products prices or what is in stock and will not budge to find out.

Very professional staff that help their customers with their shopping need. Enforcement of the COVID-19 protocol is evident....well done, but please continue to do so!

Steve in hardware department was great. Professional and helped us get the special set screw we needed. Steve spent at least 45 minutes with us. Steve made sure the item was correct. He made sure we had the proper L wrench to complete our job. Look for Steve if you need help in the hardware department.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff, fully stock aisles, clean. Few minus points (i.e. parking, need more sanitizing of carts at entry points, increased social distancing markers throughout the facility). Otherwise, good products and services experience. Thank you.

Very rude customer service in their lumber area. Three employees in the area. I waited for their assistance and they all walked by me with out asking if I needed help or anything. It took 3 employees to assist a male customer for some lumber that came after I did.

In a timeframe of much stress (corona virus) the clerk and all the staff were very professional and courteous. The store was clean and safe. And I found what I needed.

I love coming to this store because it is easy to navigate and the store is clean. I especially love cashier Jennetta she always is so helpful and makes you feel welcomed and important, she always makes us feel like she knows/remembers exactly who we are. We always leave with a smile feeling good after seeing her there, she is a great customer service representative.
