Friendly staff that are willing to help.

The Chesterfield store is one of the friendliness businesses I frequent. The sales people are extremely helpful and go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for, instead of simply saying "Aisle 6", they take you there and find the product for you. They are also adept at answering questions and making sure you have what you need to complete projects - even when I don't know what I will need. A trip to this store is always a good experience!

cashier, Karen T., was very helpful and recognized because she is very helpful and courtious.

HOME DEPOT INSTALLATION SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Ordered tile & installation for bathroom remodel. Installers came & said they could not install tile for various reasons. Sent inspector to look at bathroom and he said it was ok to go ahead with installation. Never heard from installers again. Called Home Depot flooring & installation depts. They promised to get in touch with installers & get back to me with date. No return calls. Installers supposedly not answering emails or calls from Home Depot. After 2 weeks without use of bathroom, requested refund and will go elsewhere.

Very Organized

Home Depot in Chesterfield Valley does a superb job. I had the pleasure of working with Thomas Pyle and Ms. Cruse in the Appliance department. Mr. Pyle explained in detail the difference in the products I bought which was very important to me. I learned a lot and received some really good products. The product happened to go on sale after I purchased it and Ms. Cuse called me and let me know saving me hundres of dollars. I shop at this store routinely and find they usually have what I am looking for and also have products that stimulate my interest for the next project. The store is clean and easy to walk through to find what I need.

Went in with no idea what to buy my Father for Christmas. Through the use of a helpful and kind employee, I made a decision of what to purchase and he made sure I had the correct item. He even searched online for me as he took his time to brainstorm. I was clueless on what to get. Things like this don't happen everyday! Grateful customer here!

Everyone here is very friendly and it is always a good shopping experience.

I bought 20 40-pound bags of topsoil and the young man who helped me loaded the bags onto a cart, checked me out, and loaded each bag into my trunk. I was very impressed with his enthusiasm!

The employees at this store go out of their way to help you get what you need and answer any questions. One of the best locations I've been to as far as employees are concerned

CHESTERFIELD,MO Store #8994 is the best of any Home Depot stores that I have visited. There are some very knowledgeable and friendly staff at this store, particularly the old-timers. I always look for Tom or Mike when I shop there. They are the most helpful and recognize me and remember my past purchases, interests, and previous discussions of Home Depot products. There is also a man in the gardening section, but I can't recall his name, who really knows his stuff and makes great recommendations. A great place to buy hardware items.

The chesterfield home depot is the best Home Depot I have ever been to, as I was offered help 4 times, and found everything I needed, and more, with some special prices.

Knowledgeable people in this paint Department. Ask for Mike the manager or Casey.

Customer Service is always outstanding!

Kevin in plumbing will bend over backwards to help you figure out the best and most cost effective way to repair something, but his helpfulness is totally offset by the LACK of help and friendliness you will receive in the Garden Department. When a fellow customer told me I'd wait for "he** to freeze over" to get help loading mulch he helped me himself. Of the two additional times I asked for help, only once did help come out within 9 minutes, which is entirely too long to wait on a hot parking lot. It would lead you to think that they are trying to wait you out so they don't have to help. As a Pro Member, I find this VERY disappointing.

Always helpful with questions and directing me to products needed.

The store employees in lawn and garden are not trained, there are insufficient employees to help. Today I got lucky and found a man in plumbing who was helpful, professional and courteous.

Last evening I was in the Chesterfield store. We were looking for a nice hardy hydrangea. Kathleen directed us and once we selected our plant she gave us some great advice and suggestions regarding planting and care. I feel I am pretty knowledgeable about plants and was so impressed by the new information she gave us. I have never experienced such knowledge and passion by a Home Depot associate before and I shop almost weekly at one of the two nearby stores. if you are looking for a garden expert, go to the Chesterfield store and ask for Kathleen. She is the BEST!
