Cleaner, better organized, and better employees than any other home depot.

If you need plumbing supplies Steve H is fantastic! He will take time to help you get what you need wether it’s a hot water heater to a small part. He was very helpful making sure I had all the extra supplies I needed to swap out my bathroom faucets.

Karen was very helpful and went out of her way to find what I was looking for.

Shopping at Home Depot during the COVID-19 pandemic was great. The store took great pains to maintain social distance, but still provide great service. Friendly and knowledgeable employees were throughout the store and ready to help to make my shopping easier. The store was well-stocked, clean, and not scary at all.

This particular store is clean and the personnel are friendly and easy to deal with. The store is easy to shop and has many new products to evaluate. Nice store

Great Place

Visited the store in Chesterfield twice over the past few days for different projects and purchases. Found the customer service to be superb in the appliance and lawn mower areas! We purchased everything we needed and really enjoyed the experience! Home Depot is now our "go to" hardware and home improvement headquarters as the great customer service makes a really big difference.

Came on Black Friday for the Pointsettias special. They were amazing, organized, pleasant. The store was prepared for the crowd-both in inventory and attitude. The staff went above and beyond to help us find things and checked us out with a smile. Great, well-run store!

Chesterfield HD store is always the most organized, neat, and clean. Always has inventories of promotional items even when other HD stores have sold out. Store personnel are friendly and helpful.

In addition to the purchase which was easy, we had a return and the lady there was exceptionally helpful and there was not one issue with the return.

Wonderful customer service and a well kept store overall. Peanut is exceptionally helpful and pleasant. I was grateful for his assistance as I searched for tile needed during a recent bathroom renovation.

I rated the probability of shopping at this location in the future the way I did because we were in that area to attend an event later in the evening and we have our own Home Depot closer to where we live that we use. However, the 2 male employees that I mentioned were in the Garden area and went above & beyond in their helping us. The store was clean. If we find ourselves in this area again in the future, we would indeed shop at this Home Depot if we needed to.
