KEPT NEAT AND CLEAN, FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES .

Since the Chelsea Store opened, I noticed that it has improved each year. It is in a good location, the employees speak and comprehend English much better now. I noticed there was a lack of persons who are Limited/Disabled. It would be best if in each department there was a retired senior. For example in the Electrical Department a retired Electrician. They are much more experienced and understand the importance of giving the correct information/statement. I would also caution employees to stay off cell phones and not to group together at the front doors talking. This is positive encouragement to Management.

This store is awesome! Once you are used to where things are it will be easy for to look for your specific item. It's so spectacular!

Since the store opened it has improved the property location from an abandoned retail store and brought in many good businesses to Chelsea and has provided employment and services to the surrounding communities.

Great Experience!

The store was clean. Product selection good. Employees were friendly but not as knowledgable as the Everett Store as to the location of products, or the correct use.

My last experience at this Home Depot was extremely pleasant. I was in need of a new appliance, and as circumstances have it, it was an emergency. I was able to find the appliance I needed, found the price to be competitive and enjoyed my conversation with the sales associate. "Fred" was very knowledgeable about the product and explained all of the machines' functions. I was impressed with the ease of doing business and scheduled a delivery. Great Job!!

This store needs more personal and their employees needs to be well trained. Needs more employees and cashiers!

Thanks to Pedro in the lumber department spent his time to cut some pieces plywood for me. He should get a raise.

The Chelsea store has a very friendly and customer welcome atmosphere. The employees are helpful and answer questions. In particular, Eddie Dejesus, an employee is exemplary in his ability to help customers

The Chelsea MA. Location is horrible,none of the employees have any knowledge of anything at all not even location of an item let alone any sound advice none of the employees speak/understand proper English or Spanish & the store is always a mess & very dusty & dirty. Inspections services should pay a visit & keep a close watch on this location store

The only positive thing I can say about this location is the convenience of where it is located. Staff does not acknowledge you, does not help when you've been walking around or standing in an aisle looking for a product and they do not thank you when you leave. Everytime I have shopped at this location I can count how many employees I walk by and wonder why they do not offer any assistance. I usually get help when I see another customer in the same area and I ask that person if they know what I am looking for. If my business is not important then I'm happy to go some place else. I've lived in Chlesea for 7 years and this is how the store has always been since I've shopped there. I now go to the Everett location but keeping coming back to the Chelsea location in hopes that it has made an improvement to it's customer service. Clearly it has not.

The store is generally well organized. Has good prices and excellent "special item" sales. Great "Black Friday" sales on hand tools and power tools. The "returns" process is mostly quick and easy with a receipt. Great job there on the returns process. The only consistantly disappointing experience is the wait time trying to get information at the Pro Desk.

Out of stock shelves, messy aisles and no one to help. Another bad experience at the Home Depot.

Chelsea #8979 has greatly improved in the area of customer service over the past couple of years, whether from Management change, or improved training & practices. . . whatever it was is definitely working. . . GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoy going to that store because I always get the product I need there. Also it is clean and most of the cashiers are very friendly. I recommend that to everybody!

In the past, I have had issue with being ignored at this store. I have found customer service is getting better.

The girls at the service desk Jessica and Sonia were very polite and always smiling they should have more people like them

The people at the returns and service desk are so friendly.
