I returned something with ease and such a nice customer service worker to boot

Name is Jennifer This store is my go to store. This shopping experience was a bit different than most.I went with my elderly step dad Joseph we shopped for items we needed we get into line we asked if we can get someone to help & I left as the cashier Gail was ringing in our items to bring my car to the front for an employee to help put sheetrock in my car. When I came back inside Gail spoke to me & let me know my father's blood sugar was low & he was shaking /dizzy she knew what to do & gave a coke for my father to drink to raise his blood sugar up. I'm grateful Gail knew what to do or it could of been a different outcome.. Thank You Gail

This is my favorite store most of they employees are very helpful and the store is really organized. I can always find what I'm looking for and if I can't they will but I like to just walk around looking just to see everything I want

Very friendly staff and well prepared to help the customers with their needs. Every time I go and I need help, they direct me exactly where I need to go.

Clean, items in stock in correct location, friendly staff, great plant area.

This store lacks in customer satisfaction. If, you need help, you have to search for a worker. If, you find a worker it is met with no interest. They will point to an aisle and say look down there. Or, you may get lucky with one person who actually knows the bin location and is knowledgeable. The store itself is clean. A little confusion as to where the check out line starts. The cashiers tend to be the redeeming quality of this store. I give this store a 2 1/2 rating. Customer Service means a lot, and, well, there just isn't much at this store.

No store is perfect but this store gets shopped hard. I think they do a great job given the staff available and the supplier delays.

I was helped by a salesperson/cashier by the name of Gail, and she made my entire experience pleasurable. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out really quickly with everything I needed. Will continue to visit this store.

Billy and Gail were very friendly and courteous employee during my checkout process. They went above and beyond to explain to me the benefit of buying a warranty for hot water boiler i purchased.

sales person and Customer service reps are great, we purchased this at 3 Pm on Wednesday and it was delivered at 0630 the next morning.
