Understanding this is a home improvement store; the aisles and shelves should still be neat, clean, dusted and a little more organized I gave five stars for Maria B because she made my experience a good one; she should be promoted to facilitate training on customer care service. If every customer in the store received the excellent service Maria B gave me, you'd have more satisfied customers. There was another employee who briefly assisted me; I believe her name was Joy, I was pleased with her customer service as well.

Liz front end supervisor has the best customer service and knowledge and goes on and beyond to help!!! Extremely happy customer!! Thank you Liz!!

I have been coming here regularly since 2002, I have seen a lot of improvement over the years. From employee friendliness, knowledge and the overall organization. I also really like their website. You can search an item and see where it is in the store, how many they have and what other local Home Depot's also have that product just in case the store you are it is out or low on the item. I also like that once i find the product I can see a picture, sku #, model # and get extra info on the product. This has also helped me to send a link to a customer to so they can see exactly what they are getting.

The employees in your store were available and ready to offer their assistance. I will shop at your store again and thank you for a great shopping experience.

I had an issue not getting my complete merchandise delivered on time and Veronica N., not only was she friendly and helpful but she was understanding of my frustration and she reassured me that it would not happened again for the next delivery. She coordinated the whole process and called me a few days before the delivery to once again assure me that the remainder of the merchandise will be delivered on time. My merchandise was delivered as expected and we were able to complete our project. Thank you Veronica, for making this transaction very pleasant for us.

Shoping at cerritos home depot is my first option due to . I find every thing I need ( huge inventory,). From employees perspective: they are very helpful , friendly and kind. I would really recommend this store to my friends. Thanks home depot .

This location is always busy, but always has enough staff to help customers and check out fast. The store in general is neat and well kept

From what I witnessed this evening, she greeted her customers with a warm and sincere "good evening," along with her friendly smile, she made us feel happy that she was our Cashier. The customer service at this store is outstanding. We required extra assistance and supervisors Ben and Channel were exceptionally helpful. They made sure we received the items we needed the same day so that we could proceed with our home improvement project. They really saved the day! I would absolutely recommend this location!

I love shopping at Home Depot; been to several locations, but the Cerritos is my favorite. I feel like i know the employees there and always get the assistance I need.

Cerritos, CA Home Depot store has a good selection of merchandise and helper store staff to stear you where you need to go to work on whatever project you have going on.

All employees are friendly and they are willing to help customers at anytime. I never had a trouble to find someone to help me at this store. I feel comfortable to visit this store. I definitely recommend to shop this store.

Based on todays visit I would not recommend this store. I am a 59 year old female that bought many heavy items such as timber, cinder blocks, pavers and bags of crushed granite. I struggled to even push/pull my cart around the store and no employee ever offered to help me. One employee moved her hose out of my way, so I guess that is something to be thankful for. I unloaded all of this into my truck by myself and was only offered help from other customers. I considered asking for help, but I think they should be more in tune with customer needs

I live Norwalk and this store is close to my house . i always use this store and its very clean and good . i been going to this store for years and i have been very thankful for their friendly associates.

Staff are helpful at the Cerritos Store, it is a busy store; but for someone just buying cleaning items for my home; and small fixtures, this is a very good store, the prices are competitive or better than the grocery store on cleaning products.
