store was clean product was easy to find, accessories for the tool were not the right size given by store employee.

I originally went to the Lakewood store, and they did not have what I was looking for so I had to go to the Cerritos store, and very happy that I did. I thought this store was much cleaner, and presentable and very nice people working there. There was a Mike in the lock dept, and a Dominic at the register. I also had a good experience with a gal that night but sure of her name...she worked in the truck rentals and was very friendly.

Very helpful and knowledgeable in the products

The store had almost everything we needed for new homeowners like us. Maybe they should more manpower if customers need assistance.

We received EXCELLENT customer service from an employee by the name of Ms. LIGAYA. Ms. LIGAYA was extremely knowledgeable of the products we went to purchase at the Cerritos, Ca. location. She took the extra time to answer all of our questions and even exceeded our expectations by giving us specific details of the products we ended up purchasing . We purchased MAYTAG washer and dryer set. It is because of employees like Ms. LIGAYA that customers keep going back to this store. We had a pleasant and reassuring experience. Thank you.

Easy in and out store Find supplies quick

Overall the store and the people there are well organized, they are very friendly and helpful. Was very satisfied with my visit there and was greeted by good people such as the cashier Rebecca, And other associates through the aisles.

Staff is very helpful here....willing to go that extra mile. Thanks guys!

Very rude customer service. Associate made me feel/accuse of returning a different product. Another associate came by and explained that the serial number the associate was looking at was wrong and ensured i am returning the same product.

I very much enjoy this store it is well stocked and the service is allways good. However I wish they would not allow customers to bring their pets into the store. There was a woman with her huge husky dog wandering around the store. The dog was smelling everyting and approaching customers very closely including my self. Even managing to get hooked up in another customers cart with her leash. I just don’t feel that it is the place for dogs, stores should not let them in except for service dogs, which this unruly dog was not!

Hillary, the cashier was extremely slow and had no sense of urgency. She didn’t even apologize for the wait.

I FOUND THE PRODUCTS I NEED WITH THE HELP OF THE ASSOCIATES AND HE DID NOT LEAVE ME 'TILL I GOT WHAT I WANT. STORE IS CLEAN AND ASSOCIATES ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

The Store Products easy to find.

It one of good store

The parking lot was filthy. There were people selling food out of the back of their cars. Security did nothing about it, in fact they bought from them. The day laborers are constantly pestering you for work. There was a very limited selection on the shelf. There was a lot of “crap” in the Isles. I had to move 2 carts of inventory to get to the shelf. There were only 2 registerers open in addition to the self checkout. Not one staff member acknowledged my existence.
