They have good employees

the store is very clean and the associates are very helpful.

The Centerville Home Depot is a safe/efficient shopping experience during this Covid 19 pandemic.

I had multiple items to purchase. I went to the customer service desk. The young lady that was assisting me appeared to be new. The older women that was helping her was short tempered and unpleasant. She was so unpleasant that I decided not to ask any further questions regarding my order.

Compared to others stores I have been in, there were available clerks. The technician was knowledgeable, pleasant and patient.

Associates are always helpful and are knowledgeable in their specific areas.

This store continues to exceed at giving poor service. It must come from poor leadership at the store. I rarely shop here anymore. I go to other home improvement stores that treat me better.

I've shopped at other stores but came back to Home Depot because I was looking for something specific and Home Depot was the only store in Centerville that had exactly what I needed.

Your experience depends on the sales rep you interact with.

My wife and myself had a very pleasant experience in buying a Kitchen package due to the great sales person ( Pam Cummins ) that helped us.

The Best! I go a little out of my way to go to this particular Home Depot location because of the excellent customer service. The associates are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

We have shopped here for years and have been very happy with this store. Every time we go in here the employees that help us are very friendly and very helpful. From cutting wood to mixing paint or even pointing out where something is that I overlooked, it's always a good experience. With many things being frustrating during the pandemic situation, it's refreshing that this store is making it as easy as possible to stay safe and still have a positive shopping experience for the things you need.

Staff at this store are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They also don't try to make stuff up. If they don't know the answer to my questions they find a different staff member to help me out.

Employees are always helpful finding the items you need. Self check-out is very easy and saves you time.

Tino at the service center was very rude. Not going back to that home depot any time soo,

Was able to park in the Disable Veteran space. Went in and was looking for a toilet. Was helped by David from a neighboring department. He assisted me with the size and the shape I was looking for. He then finished the sale at his work space so I didn't have to go up front and stand in line. It was a very pleasant shopping trip. I appreciate him going the extra distance to ensure I was able to find the product I needed.

Everytime I go to the register the workers are friendly,fast usually never a problem to check out.

I am only recommending this store because of Justin in the pro department. He made my Black Friday experience a very good one!! By far your best employee!!

Opened a credit card and felt like a number. I waited about 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me to tell me they would be with me shortly. Then someone walked up to the return desk and they helped them, almost immediately, before me. Finally got my new paper card. Went and got the items I was looking for then went to the checkouts. All I saw was self checkouts so I went there. Had to call for assistance because a case item didn't have a UPC more . The woman, Susan, was standing in the box right in front of me and I watched her as the buzzer rang several times, aprox 2 minutes. When she finally decided to do her job she came out of the box and asked what I needed. I explained that I purchased a case item that was to be sold at a discounted price from the single pieces. She said all I had to do was to ring up 25 more items. I had to explain to her that this would come up to a higher price. She looked at me as if she were getting upset then looked up the item on the computer. She added the item then started to leave. I told her I just opened a new CC and needed it charged. Again another attitude. She pretty much flew through that and rang it out. I asked if she took off the coupon for opening the CC. She just looked at me and complained that I didn't tell her that. Obviously she either couldn't or wouldn't be able to do this and sent me back to the other side of the store to get a refund and ring the purchase up again. Needless to say this may be the only time I use this card not to mention this store. Another big box hardware store is just a mile down the street and I get smiles every time I go there.

Hands down the best overall customer service of ANY retailer I shop at. Home Depot gets it. Personal customer service, let alone with a smile and can-do attitude, always wins!

When it comes to your store and the associates Amber is the best.Knows where to look for what you need.Very good at helping you.I Hope that Home Depot knows how lucky they are to have a associate like Amber .
