Consistently excellent customer service!

My clerk, Jeff Collins was extremely helpful in my purchase of a new washer. He answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable.

Very poor customer service with poorly trained and discourteous employees. Manager not available to assist.

Staff is wonderful and helpful.

My experience was way better than expected. Employee's were more than friendly and very knowledgeable about the product I purchased. Thanks home depot for the awesome service and experience.

I was extremely happy with the department head in paint named Michael at this location. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and gets exactly what you need. While not every little product from Home depot is going to be perfect (ceiling fan selection for example) I've always been happy with the paint supplies I have gotten from here. Most of the time employees are willing to answer questions and point you in the right direction and they are also not overbearing if you know what you need you can go right to what you want and get out. I like that this location is convenient to my house and I can grab things for a project easily. I don't have too much experience with other departs but it's a great store to start your project ideas going.

Poor customer service from tim in hard ware with demeaning attitude. Being investigated

Could not fine Satin Nickel 1/2 Alum L SHP the computer said they were in store we could not find them even with help and Oh Boy did they look.

I just wanted to make sure that the young man that helped us got recognition for his good work. His name was Charlie 3854 00007 14253.

Store was clean and stocked cashier ruined it for anything more than a 1 star. I simply requested they add a battery display by the contractor checkout and the cashier wanted to argue why I was wrong. This cashier in general had a bad attitude every time I’m in the store. Bad last representation of your store.

Stopped in after dinner and the store was very clean and multiple sanitizing stations. I felt secure.

The store employee, Barb, was exceptional in assisting me with my questions and getting the items I requested. She was very personable and fun to talk to.

A woman named Jessica was very rude to me. I was returning something and she never smiled. She rolled her eyes at me. She handed me my receipt and didn’t even look at me or say have a nice day. She honestly ruined my day. I just Didn’t understand what i did for her to disrespect me like that?

I have always had great experiences at this particular store. All employees we have come in contact with have been so friendly and helpful. It is nice to get out of the house and walk around (especially during the COVID pandemic). The store is very clean and all are wearing masks making it a pleasant outing! On our visit today, we ended up purchasing a battery powered lawn mower. Tino, your employee, was very patient and knowledgable! Keep up the great customer service!!

Needed to purchase a new dishwasher, and ended up here after some exhaustive research (and the Labor Day Sale). The salesperson I worked with was truly exceptional. Well-informed, attentive, proactively helpful, and thorough. A genuine 5-star experience.

3 lights in aisle 50 overhead lighting display have been flickering for the last MONTH. Annoying. Who manages this department? Do they ever walk the aisle to note and correct these things? I guess not.

If I could give it zero starts I would. Patty at the service desk was EXTREMELY rude and had a horrible attitude. It almost felt as if she were questioning my integrity during my return. I definitely will not be shopping here again!

If you are planning to buy an appliance, ask for Max to assist you. She is amazing: she knows her stuff!

Wonderful experience with three different trips to store and working with different employees: EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE with whom I worked was super friendly and very helpful in explaining pros and cons of items being considered. I had reason to speak with several assistant managers, sales people, checkout cashiers, and the "strong men" who get the really big/heavy merchandise into your car or truck: ALL without exception were exactly that for which a customer would hope to find: they listen to what you want/need and then offer you friendly knowledgeable and understanding suggestions.

When shopping for a Garbage Disposal I was helped by a young man who was very knowledgeable about the products and the installation. He made sure we had everything we needed for installation. We were in and out of the store in 15 minutes and were very impressed with the help we received and the ease in checking out.

The salesperson in appliances did a wonderful job with my issues about delivery of the LG washer. You should go visit her if you need appliances.

I just went to nursery to get mulch. Paid at cashier.She said to go outside to pick up my 2 bags. I had seen an employee outside when I came in, but there was no one when I went to pickup my mulch and I had to load it myself. It was heavy and I could've used help

Found everything I was looking for and the associates were all friendly, I wasn’t in that long but it was a good visit .

If I don't know where my product is located...I stop someone....they either tell me the isle and location...or look it up for me on their inventory pod......I am all about saving time !! sometimes they don't have my product in stock..the pod tells us so...I save a lot of time looking !
