Best Store in the Valley! Awesome Service! Best run store I have seen. Employees all ROCK!

This is my Home Depot store for years now. Always get good, friendly service. Always get help when needed with any question or item. They even provided a sealed mask when I forgot mine at home!

The Cave Creek store is one of the best Home Depots that I have visited, staff are very friendly, always helpful and also they keep the store well organize and clean. Most of the staff members know where the products are, so by simply asking them, you could avoid wondering around and wasting time when in a hurry to grab something and go. I would like to recommend the Cave Creek store to anyone who needs a quick, professional service with excellent experience of shopping.

This Home Depot has everything I need for maintaing and beautifying my home inside and out.

Home Depot doesn't care about their safety of their customers during a pandemic and in a state where we have the highest infection rate per capita of any other region in the world. There is a mandate that people wear masks. You should be following Costco, NO SHOES, NO SHIRT, NO MASK no service. Instead, I have to risk my safety to get garden soil and building supplies. Nope... I'll shop elsewhere or order online. To make matters worse you have Typhoid Mary roaming the aisles- some of your fricking associates aren't wearing a face covering. Why are they working on the floor if they are not going to protect the general public. I wear a mask to protect your associates, but your associates don't care about me. Even before the mask mandate, I would stand behind the plexi glass to social distance since your team wasn't wearing face coverings, and they would come to the other side of the plexi glass to talk at me 2 feet from my face... I tried curb side, but you have 20 year olds that come to my car window and want to talk to me 12 inches from my face and they aren't wearing face coverings to protect me (and are also in the most infected age group and the group most likely to be asymptomatic carriers of the virus. Educate your associates! If they make up sorry excuses for why they can't wear a mask, keep them off the sales floor- and require masks at the door. My self and at least 3 quarters of my friends are no longer shopping in your stores due to the complete LACK OF CARE for our safety and the safety of others, and your employees have been some of the worst offenders.

We frequent the Cavecreek Home Depot numerous times a week while we've been remodeling our home. We always find what we're looking for or the staff helps us locate it quickly. They have pleasant cashiers, especially Sharon, she makes you feel valued and she remembers you. If you have to spend money for a project, this is the place to do it because they'll help you through the process.

The associates ALWAYS go out of their way to be helpful in whatever project I am involved in !

Everything all gd. Cleanliness, items on shelves are neat. 2 nice employees were excellent. One employee in particular( elderly) was very rude. As much as I respect the elderly, that one was giving special entrance to the store while others are treated badly. Other than that, I will continue my shopping there and not let that one employee ruin my future visits there. I've been going there for many years for my home projects and to have a bad experience by a certain employee...no way and no hw I'm stopping!

If you care about others wearing face masks during this time of COVID-19, this is NOT the store to shop at!

Terrific Home Depot store. Great staff ... full shelves ... exactly the supplier we need at ThinHaus.

All employees that I was sent to had no idea how to place an order for a tile. I spoke to 2 different managers and they did not know how to place an order too and they did not even care I spend more than an hour being sent to different departments and associates.

Hey, I forgot to say that I'll be going back to the store today because the blinds (that go both up and down) in out front have broken after some 10 years and will need fixing or replacement.

I have been going to this store since it was called Angel's Lumber waaaaay back. Your Cave Creek store has always been filled with knowledgeable staff. I can't remember if I have ever had a bad experience at this store. Keep up the good work.

The store is easy to find what you want and if you can't find it, the employees are more than happy to help. The shelves are clean and well stocked even during the covid-19. Thank you for being open so that we could all find the products we needed while spending a lot of time in our home. The purchase summary was well documented as well. Thank you Home Depot
