Catskill Home Depot have the most helpful employees. Store is always neat and clean.

Good quality products and selection, if not at store you can find on web site and have it delivered.

This store is always an easy stop ... staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and store is clean and easy to navigate!

The store is relatively clean, however nothing is easy to find, and the employees here are lazy and dismissive and have no desire to leave wherever they are standing to help you with anything. You may have to lie to them to get them to even check the computer for anything, let alone physically show you where it is in the store.

Jim, the Pro, Lisa, the gracious, and Pat are to be commended for their interaction with me on Saturday. They added a professional human quality to my visit to the store. It was not just a purchase it was an experience. Because of their people skills I will be back to your store specifically. They make customers want to return not just a one time sale. The store contains all types of products but the people/employees are the most valuable assets to the store for continued business. These folks are true representatives of this moto. Incidentally Pat at the Return Desk on Saturday morning started the positive momentum going just as soon as I walked in...greeting me warmly. Hats off to the store and the manager. We go to this store several times a week and since day 1 every employee that we have encountered has gone above and beyond with friendliness and helpfulness, which is why we choose this location above all other more local home improvement stores in our area. Great job and a huge thank you to everyone at the Leeds location!

Store layout is much better than the competitor. I do not have to walk from one end of the store to the other to get from plumbing to electrical, only to find out that an electrical item, is over in the plumbing section.
