Penny Y. Design Consultant Kitchen and Bath was extremely helpful and made me feel completely at ease. She answered my questions every time I went into her department. Never made me feel I was bothering her. She is also sharp and quick. Knows her stuff. She is the reason I stopped getting estimates from other stores and ordered the cabinets from her.

Helpful and friendly associates work at this store. If you need something you can ask and if there is something you want that you saw on line, but isn't in the store, the Customer Service Reps are eager to help you and fill out the order request and advise if the item is available for pickup in the store and/or if the item can be shipped to your home.

As a new home owner I have come to rely on this Home Depot for the majority of my purchases which include mainly - paint and paint supplies, gardening soils and gardening equipment such as hoses etc., hardware such as doorknobs and light fixtures, and the usual hand tools needed around the house. Staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable and cashiers are welcoming. I recently purchased a new refrigerator, and the staff person who helped me on the floor and wrote up the order was extremely patient and spent time with me. (delivery and set up of the fridge, by the way, went better than expected - on time and very accommodating) You can shop here with confidence!

Every time I go tho this Home Depot, it is clean and organized! I find everything I need and when I need help there is always someone, somewhere to help with my needs. In these trying times, the people of Home Depot are truly understand and so professional! Thanks Home Depot of Catskill NY die all you do for us.

I have had many shopping trips to this store. From the plants and garden supplies in the summer, to the lumber and trim for my projects, this store is set up to find the items I need easily. I have found friendly and experienced employees in all the areas I have shopped in.

Inventory at this store is not up to date. Items that are listed as in stock are not.

Everyone is always friendly and will go out of their way to help all customers. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Most always what we are looking for is in stock.

Great experience the store was absolutely clean and orderly. Everyone was helpful from being greeted upon entering to check out by Lisa. I can't wait to come back again and shop no waiting online first time ever this store is far superior than others I have been in. Ill be back

This store seems to be much better organized than the one in Kingston. Although they could probably do a better job on keeping floors cleaned and carts out of middle aisle.

Clean, plenty of space for social distancing, very cautious about covid-19, and plenty of products in stock! Great deals, coupons, and discounts for opening a home depot card. We love this store!

Was trying to purchase a large amount of laminate flooring which was online order only. Pallet purchases were no issue, it was the loose boxes that the system wouldn't ship to my store but rather directed me to order and pick up in a different store an hour away. I went to the Catskill store figuring they could help me with the order. The flooring saleswoman ran into the same issue with online ordering. She then searched for the amount if flooring I needed in a different way within the system and was able to have all 81 cases delivered to the store at a cheaper price. She saved me close to $500. Very pleased and will be stopping back for the next remodeling purchase.

A well-stocked location with helpful employees who are knowledgeable.

Many the staff members were disinterested about actually helping. There only a few staff members that will go out of their way to help like Manny, Darin, Gabby, Brian, George and a few others. If you need true help look for one of them. ( They will be the associates walking towards you not away.)

I found what I needed Immediately and the checkout was quick and the clerk reminded me about my Military Discount !
