Everyone in the was helpful from associates to cashiers. Prices we cheaper are the same as other stores around. Had plenty of products in stock.

This friendly store had the garden soil that was not available anywhere to me. I was so impressed!

We needed a mini fridge and came in and looked at a few and made a decision, got a protection plan at the self-check out all under 30 minutes. Love it

My wife and I had an amazing experience at this store. Three of this store's employees, which are some young men who were professional with helping and making sure we had everything we needed. Their names were Jamal, Dylan, and Luke. These men didn't hesitate to assist us, they were courteous and very polite. We definitely will be visiting this store real soon.

An employee put plastic on the bottom and the top of busted bags of Quikrete that i purchased so the dust wouldn’t blow out. That was great.

This store always has the amount of employees working to help customers, they always have in the 20 years that I have been going there.

I received exceptional customer service when performing a task I dreaded: purchasing an appliance package. With all the different sales and options, I was a bit overwhelmed and had doubts about getting the best products at the best price. Mason made it easy! Being very efficient with the computer, he zipped around on the site and put together a custom package of appliances that I could compare to another brand's preset package. He double-checked prices with a set of coupons, ensuring the best rate. In the end, Mason saved me enough money to upgrade the oven and dishwasher! As Mason was knowledgeable about the products, all my questions were quickly answered, making my decisions a breeze! I am grateful for his efficient, professional, polite and patient service! It is rare to find young employees with the work ethic and attitude that Mason displayed! He seemed to truly enjoy his job! I left the store with the CONFIDENCE that I had received quality products at the best value! I can shop any home improvement store for the appliances sold at Home Depot. What is difficult to market is Consumer Confidence! The Carrollton Home Depot nailed it!

Loved the garden center so many beautiful plants to choose from at a good price all where healthy looking and you could tell that the employees had been taking great care of them!

We shop at Home Depot often, however delivery services Are Terrible!!!!! Today 6.27.2020 we've been waiting all day for flooring as our order called for....we finally called and LEARNED delivery is rescheduled next week. Why weren't we notified? And why were we asked to choose a delivery date? We sat here from 8am until 4pm waiting. Furious....customer In 2018, 2019 could not get a vanity and other items shipped during remodel, some items were lost! This is poor customer service.

Employees are helpful. The store is clean and well maintained. We are so lucky to have this business in our community!

Friendly employees

WE would always purchase from this Home Depot, if they didn't give us a hard time about using the Military discount. Sometimes, they will let you use it and sometimes they don't. It's easy to find everything and all the people are very friendly and helpful.
