I shop in the Carrollton store whenever I’m in Carrollton. It’s head and shoulders over the Newnan store which is closer. Carrollton is an extremely well-managed store coming a long-time retail manager!

Joan in appliances was super kind and helpful in our purchase!!

I buy a lot og Crape Myrtle Trees here and am very pleased with my purchase and for all the help I got from Destiney & Ashanti, they were the best.

The employees especially Alice who was our cashier this past weekend she was so kind and patient with us and just amazing.

Great product, just what we were looking for.

Have bought many items here for home improvement projects over the last few years. Easy store for the regular person to get information and the supplies for the projects.

This woman was absolutely amazing. I would like everyone to know to recommend her for her experience and hard work! She was exceptionally helpful!

Helped me find my item in a different location than where I was looking!

I purchased a filter for my refrigerator, it was the one the manufacturer recommended, it was the customer service that impress me. All the employees were extremely helpful, they solved this refrigerator filter problem in 10 minutes and I was so grateful.

Very thankful for the woman in the paint section who is SO very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Since moving near this location, we have purchased at least 10 cans + samples from her and her team. Also, wanted to thank the lumber guy (Noah) who helped me pick out wood and cut it for me today. The store is very clean and most every single employee goes out of their way to print top notch service and kindness to you as a customer. Very thankful for that, as we used to live by THD HQ in ATL, so the fact that we get just as great of service here means a whole lot-thank you!

This store is terrible. Unless you are a gamer or want to discuss a video you saw online it is probably best you bring your own help or know what you need or looking for. A map of the store with product location would be great.

Gabriel made my life easy today. As a new homeowner with no knowledge of how lawn work is supposed to be carried, my neighbor recommended that I start laying some fertilizer down while the sod is dormant. I spent several minutes in the lawn care section trying to figure out which fertilizer I needed. Gabriel showed up and asked me if I found everything OK. I explained the situation to him. He helped me get the fertilizer I needed. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He also made some helpful recommendations in regards to general treatment of my lawn. That is customer service at its best.. Way to go!

This store is consistently clean, organized and stocked well. Employees are overall very friendly and helpful. Most are very knowledgeable about many things in the overall store items and their correct use. Home Depot should use this store as a model for all of their stores. I do wish there was more parking though.

This Home Depot store hem haws around when you ask them if they match Lowe’s military discount. I was told yes. When I go to check out they didn’t take the discount off my lumber. On another visit they told me, yes we match Lowe’s military discount. Well I was lied to. I didn’t get the discount off of the gutter covers nor the vinyl trim I bought. Home Depot has lost my trust. Going to Lowe’s now.

Shame on this store manager for not keeping the property, ingress/egress, and right-of-way areas cleaner. This store makes a fortune off this community yet shows no pride in keeping things cleaner. Trash and litter is everywhere.

This is the greatest Home Depot on the planet! The store is clean, the team is joyful, and the shelves are nearly always stocked. If something happens to be out they will find out when it should be in next! Amazing!
