Just opened up from virus pandemic with the numbers going up.....and not one employee had a mask on ! ?

This is my local store and I'm there very often. The store is always clean and neat and I've never had a disappointing interaction with any of the friendly, knowledgeable staff here. All good folks at #488. Can you do direct deposit with my five grand? ; )

During the COVID-19 restrictions, Home Depot offers ways to limit customers' exposure to others - and they do it well. You can place your order (and pay for it) online, select pickup (rather than shipping), then wait for an email letting you know it's ready. The email includes a link to their online app. When you arrive, you just park at one of their Curbside Pickup location (there are about 10), click the link, fill in the info (your location, auto make/model and cell#) and wait. Took about 4 minutes to have the order show up at my vehicle. Friendly and courteous person. Works smoothly - and no mask required. I plan to continue using Home Depot's Curbside pickup as long as it remains availab.e

Shelly is a store manger at this Home Depot and she is amazing in both her willingness to help and get the job done. She's also a very nice person. Great asset to the HD family.

Just got an unexpected over the top customer service experience by 'Awesome Ann' at HD last night. We had a damaged wheel barrow which needed a new tub. Tried to order the part and she said she could not do that, BUT then offered to exchange it for a new one. We spend a lot of money at HD and when the company does something like this, it makes you feel like a valued customer. Thanks, Ann and HD!

We love this store and for the most part all the associates are great. Sometimes you run into one of the younger associates who would rather be texting someone rather than be helping the customer, but just have to overlook that. This is a Great location and store. It is convenient and has a relaxing view outside. One thing that I have noticed is some customers seem to think they are privileged and Park their vehicles in the loading zone whether they are homeowners or contractors. Which they must feel they are more important than the rest of humanity. Many times I have needed to pull in there to load up but cant because of these “Special” people. Also watch out for the pro area fire lane, many like to park there also which I have almost been hit several times while either walking or driving by because no one can see you while they are trying to navigate by these “Special” people also. Guess the fire dept doesn’t care. Sorry about the rant but just things that bug me, other than that I have to over look it as this is a great store and use it as lot. We prefer this location over Tramonto as that store seems to crowded and parking there is to tight for trailers. Have a great day everyone.....

THE CARPET DEPARTMENT WAS NOT AT ALL EASY TO WORK WITH . AFTER PAYING THE BILL IN FULL AND THE INSTALLER CAME OUT AND DID HIS THING. 3 DAYS LATER HOME DEPO CALL AND SAID I NEEDED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $ 100.00 AND SOME DOLLARS TO HAVE THE JOB DONE. THE CONTRACT HAD BEEN SIGNED AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHANGED. LETS SEE IF I GET ALL MY MONEY BACK?? THE QUESTION ABOVE SAYS (WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THIS STORE). THE STORE OVERALL IS NOT BAD. THE CARPET DEPARTMENT IS REAL BAD.

Great store to shop, employees are friendly and helpful! Julie in electrical really knows her dept, and always takes the time to explain any questions you have pertaining to any electrical job. She must be a journeyman electrician. Ed in the paint dept has the same great customer service as Julie, and is very knowledgeable about any painting question.

If you are looking for a store that cares and provides customer service this is it. I really appreciate that the employees treat you the way they would want to be treated. Great Experience!

We love shopping at our local stores to support them and their wonderful employees. We generally find what we need and employees are pretty knowledgeable for where things are in the store and there are usually employees available that are knowledgeable in specific areas.

Kellie & Shelly in customer service unbelievable; also Rich & Tom at the pro desk are fantastic. No other builder's outlet compares to the service these folks provide.....

The store is very clean and organized. the product is in the correct place and nicely displayed. The Employees seem to be happy at work and very helpful and know there products. Very pleasent Home depot to shop.

My shopping experience was fine however, I was extremely disappointed with a store manager. When seeking to have a 24 month no interest sale/charge (something Home Depot offers) I was met with rudeness and a feeling that I was taking food out of this woman's mouth. When I said to her it wasn't coming our of her pocket she told me that Home Depot would have to pay the interest and it was hitting her pocketbook. Her bonus would be impacted,.she was more interested in padding her pockets than friendly customer service or making a sale. Be forewarned this management is more interested in what you can do tor her, not Home Depot.

The garden center is beautiful and well maintained. The staff who work in the garden center seem very knowledgable and friendly and are more then willing to help. But not overly so where they feel like they are invasive. The products are easy to locate and the store had a clean look about it.

My husband and I think that the majority of the employees know what they are talking about from plants to paint to hardware. It is great to walk in a store and get help from employees who actually know about many products in the store and can answer your questions,

This store has great inventory in all of their departments ! I love shopping in there for plants, rugs, household items, and especially love their holiday items ! Barbara Klein was very helpful in the appliance department !

Assistance is everywhere! All employees at the Cave Creek Store are genuinely happy to assist. Checkout is fast & efficient. Merchandise is easy to find.

I love going to the Cave Creek, Arizona, Home Depot! I am welcomed as if part of the family. All the employees are very pleased to be able to assist with my finding everything quickly and have discussions about topics I have questions about. My visits are always pleasurable and successful!
