Absolutely the very best staff! Barbara in the appliance department knows her business. She is patient and very knowledgeable. Jade at the front customer service counter went above and beyond to help us. These employees make it easy to come back!

We had issues with the delivery of our washer and dryer. We spoke with manager Bill Bailey at the Cave Creek Home Depot store and he resolved all of our issues. He was professional, apologized, was kind, and resolved our issue right away. He went above and beyond after our delivery to insure we were happy and taken care of. We were also helped by Ann at the customer service desk as well. These two treated us with the best customer service we've seen in a LONG time! Thank you Bill and Ann!!! You are the best!

Since I'm a tool guy, I think that moving tools to the front of the store was a good l. They are front and center from both entrances. Your store is always clean and nice and very welcoming. Our Albany, Oregon Home Depot has had a handicapped lady in a motorized chair that was their Greeter. She could direct you at the door or where ever you could catch her to the items you were looking for.

Friendly, good customer service. Associates always asking if you need help.

It is my favorite store because I visit so often and I am familiar with the location of most everything I use!! If I need help, the advice has always been pleasant, professional, and I have never been talked down to as if I didn't know what I was talking about!!

I ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot and it was going to take 8 days to be delivered. So I took the day off today (8th day) Saturday Nov 14, for delivery and installation. When I hadn’t heard by noon today I called. Guess what? The dishwasher had been back ordered and would not be delivered until December 15! That’s bad enough, but nobody called to tell me it was back ordered, I couldn’t believe it. I was so upset and I’m now absolutely disgusted with Home Depot.

This is a great Home Depot location. The employees are friendly and helpful and is staffed to help you. They always seem to have what I need and their prices are competitive with online alternatives, only you do not have to wait for it to be mailed to you!
