We are in the process of building a deck. We ordered all of our lumber and scheduled to deliver the following week. The day approached and we got a phone call that morning saying the lumber was not in stock and the computer canceled the delivery (after we already paid for everything.) The man in the delivery department said he would call me back shortly after his manager came in to reschedule and he never did. I called a few hours later and he seemed very frustrated with me for looking for an update. Stating again he would call me back, and once again he never did. TWO DAYS went by with no calls and after countless attempts from my end with trying to speak with someone from the lumber department. Finally I decided to call the sales man, Mark at the Pro Desk who helped us design the deck. He was amazing! He went above and beyond to get this straightened out, so we can get this project back on track and make sure we were satisfied with Home Depot. Unfortunately I’ve had a few poor experiences in the lumber department, over the past couple of years. But Mark has truly made an impression on us, for that we will continue to go to this particular Home Depot.

Half of customers were not wearing a mask. I was not comfortable. Wearing a mask is easy, cheap, and protects people.

In the past I shopped at a competitor, but have recently shifted to the Home Depot store. As soon as I walk in the door there is an employee offering to help me find something and every employee I pass offers assistance. I also appreciate the web site that directs me to the exact location in the store where I can find items. I am a Senior and walking the distance of these large stores gets harder every day, so I am especially thrilled when an employed can help me reduce my steps and direct me to the desired product. Good job Home Depot!

No big deal but I dont have a cell phone to call when I arrive to pick up my order. So I called the store,and an employee was waiting outside for me. Thank you,thank you. It worked out fine. Maybe have a idea to help in this area

I needed some furnace filters and during the covid pandemic decided to purchase on line for store pickup. The price was $39.78 plus tax. When I went to the store to pickup, I realized I needed something else. I happened to look at the filters and they were cheaper at the store. The store clerk said that happened some times and there was nothing she could do about it. Pretty crummy to up the prices on line during a pandemic when shoppers are shopping on line.

Store wasn't clutter, staff friendly, they knew what aisle products were located, and recommended that I have a good day

I have made many purchases from this store over the last 30 some odd years. I have always had great service. Just bought two major appliances in the last couple of weeks. The service was very good from the folks in that department. I will continue to buy from this location in North Canton, Ohio.

I came in to get paint because I'm not working as much as normal so I wanted to do things around my house. The employee at the paint counter was very rude and said that I was the reason they were there and people shouldn't be out buying things to do projects. I work in retail as well and if one of my employees treated a customer this way, I would be embarrassed. Yes my paint project is not an essential project but with the current situation going on in the world, I have extra time to be at home with my family and work on projects around the house. Working in retail during this time is very difficult but employees need to treat customers with respect and be happy they still have a job during this time. I still bought my paint because I will only use Behr paint. I live 5 minutes from the store but will be traveling to another Home Depot for any future purchases because of this situation.

Store manager was completely unprofessional when I was trying to pick up an online order. I returned both my in store and online orders on the spot.

The store went above and beyond to clean the carts and be very helpful in finding what I was looking for. I was very reassured about safety concerns in this trying time. Thank you, Home Depot

The Home Depot on The Strip has become our go to place for our home and lawn needs. The store is well stocked and orderly. The staff has knowledge of their departments - you are actually asked if you could use some help. I have been escorted on several occasions to the area of my interest - which makes you feel valued.

This Home Depot store is the most friendlier, professional and helpful to customers. I noticed that staff tries to explain everything in detail. They are never in rush. I always get the feeling that Canto, OH's store has staff who want customers to make their purchase an informed purchase. I am sure that management at this store is great in training their staff.

This HD has a wide variety of floor models, excellent customer service, well organized/easy to find products, knowledgeable staff, and speedy check-out. What more could you ask for?
