I like the way This Store supports our local Erie Canal volunteer group - they have a tent during our big Towpath Day and also give us a non-profit (or something?) discount on needed supplies. I just volunteer there a little but it is good to see this support for non-profit community groups.

Horrible customer service especially from a sales person named Nancy. She wasn’t incompetent at scanning any of our products and then yelled at us at the end of the transaction for “holding up the line”

I asked a gentleman in an orange apron if he knew anything about light bulbs as I recently moved into a home where one room requires a specialty bulb, the man proceeded to ignore me and walk away. The man then walked by and said hello to my children and continued on his way without helping me. I ended up with the wrong bulbs and needed to exchange them for something else.

I was in to pick up a door and a Jamb set for a basement remodel and found them quickly and easily , the staff was very friendly and was there to provide assistance if needed ( none was) but I was very pleased to find things organized so a lot of hunting was not necessary.

Today I bought a grill, and broke it as soon as we left the store. Totally our fault. Jackie in customer service at the Camillus store helped us make new arrangements for a new grill that was not in stock and assembled. She located one at another store, made sure they understood we wanted one that was assembled and delivered to my home asap. She was kind and friendly and very efficient. She took about 20 minutes of her day to help us get all of this worked out. It is rare to experience wonderful customer service like that which she provided and we left feeling very appreciative.

This store is very organized. Everyone is friendly. I find it very easy to find what I need. It does not seem as "crowded" as some other stores.

Camillus Home Depot is my 1st choice for building supplies and materials. A wide selection and helpful, pleasant employees add to a great experience.

EXcellent Service, In & out quick!

store needs cashiers- not one today. all self checkouts. Time to go elsewhere to get customer service if this is the same next trip.
