Great experience purchasing appliances. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly and made our experience seamless.

I bought a new washer & dryer set with pedestals. Next day I canceled the pedestals, decided they were to big. Delivery guys showed up with pedestals anyway, installed them & told me I couldnt refuse them. Told me I had to call and have them picked up. I couldnt call the store cuz the delivery didnt show up till 7 PM. Went yo store next day, they told me the pedestals shouldnt have been delivered & they refunded my money & told me to keep them. Said they wont come get them cuz they werent damaged. Homedepot said they called Samsung & they said they never shipped my pedestals. The appliance manager said tough, kerp em, nothing I can do. So, I had to uninstall the pedestals myself & now I have new pedestals, WHAT AM I GONNA DO WITH THESE. Home Depot is a joke. Also, the delivery guys never hooked anything up or show me how yo use the steam feature on the machines.

Camillus Store is better than any home improvement store I have ever been in. Simply the best.

In Store Map. If you use the item location listed on the website or APP and do not see it there ask an associate. I went there today after searching for an item on the APP only to find the moved the item from Aisle 17 Bay 24 over to the end of Aisle 22 Bat EC1 in the front corner of the store. When I asked why it was there they told me it is the secondary location for that item. Meaning if they don't put where it is suppose to go, they stuck it somewhere else! Wasted 20 minutes looking for it myself because the associate would not help until they called his phone.

This store has everything you could need or want for your home. The employees are friendly and informative. I usually go there for one needed item and leave with several items that I forgot that I needed! It's an enjoyable experience!

Purchased a new stove from this Home Depot from a salesman named Ben and he was knowledgeable about our stove then walked us to the carpeting department and educated us on recommendations of wall to wall carpet. Got to love a versatile salesman! So many times you work with someone who is wonderful and the “handed off” to someone who is just “ok” but not this time. Great experience! Would highly recommend.

My husband and I were really blown away by this Home Depot’s friendly employees from the moment we walked in the store. We were so stressed about the washer breaking before the holiday season but had no choice. Ben the appliance salesman wasn’t “high pressure” like Olums early in the day. Ben took the time and explained all my options and sold us the extended warranty on our new washer and dryer so if something happens in the future we won’t be worrying about the finiacial burden. Thanks Ben great work!!

This store is always neat. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. It’s nice to see a retail store that’s properly staffed, so there is always someone readily available when a customer needs help.

I think in general staff is very friendly and always seem to be very patient and helpful.

We couldn’t locate the light we were looking for and the associate Ben took the time to walk us to the light display and help explain the options instead of just saying “ it’s in this isle” Very helpful store looked clean and neat.

The store is improving customer service , seems like theres more people working there to help you get in an out faster

The only problem I seem to keep having is when I try to use my Garden Club coupons that are emailed to me frequently. They never seem to scan through or the cashier always has some excuse as to why they're not working. Overall it's a nice store until you try to use one of their coupons that they entice you to get into their store with. Also when a woman is trying to get several bags of soil and several pieces of Timber into her car there should be somebody besides another customer available to help her

Cashier was very friendly and took a moment to thank me for my Military Service when I told him I am Retired Military. I spent a very short time at the checkout. Thank you.
