clean and pretty friendly people

Wonderful shopping experience---Employees very friendly with lots of techical help and great suggestions/ideas without any pressure. Easy to find items (aisles marked very well, items in correst area, organized maticulously, clean and neat). Store was very clean in general. Check out was quick and simple.

Josiah was the clerk that checked me out several times. He had a great personality and was courteous and kind. Kudos to him!!

I shop at this store quite often and am always very pleased with the employees, how all of the aisles are marked so products are always easy to find and just everything about this home improvement store.

Clean and Super Friendly Staff

We always have great service at Home Depot. Abed helped us load 40 bags of mulch and helped identify other products which helped our project. He was delightful and knowledgeable. Thanks Abed and Home Depot!

Great store!

The store was clean and well staffed. I want to give recognition to Tyson at this location. I was in need of assistance with some chain that needed cutting. I inquired about who could assist me with this and Tyson directed me to the employee working in the hardware department. The employee that could help me was helping another customer and it was taking considerable time. I waited patiently and Tyson continued to check in with me and was concerned about how long I had to wait. Meanwhile, to pass the time, I had two 5 gallon water refills to take care of. I assumed this would be out of stock. Tyson knew the store was in stock so I took care of this while I was waiting. After Tyson rang me up, I was loading my water refills in the entry. Just before I was leaving to put the water in my car and admittedly seriously considering coming back another time, Tyson came out quickly and notified me that the employee in the hardware department was now ready to assist me. I appreciate Tyson continually monitoring this situation. This could have been a negative experience, but with his attention to detail and his caring attitude, it turned out to be a pleasant experience. Thank you Tyson!

Don't go there, shop somewhere else. They are cutting back so much that they don't have cashiers anymore, only the sucky self checkout stations.

The paint has always been as close to perfectly matched as it can be. Super helpful employees.

I cant say enough about Chris in the Plumbing lumber area on Friday night 1/24/2020. We are just your average joe and I need to repair a small hole in my ceiling due to a leak. We took photos and measurements and was met by Chris. He walked us through what to do and how to do it. He cut us a piece of wood and he also cut the sheetrock for the sizes we needed. We haven't done the project yet but I have faith that he was able to walk my husband though what was needed to complete the task.

I am a contractor and Cameron, Jack and Dan at the Pro Desk have been working with me many years on preparing and scheduling loads of material for my jobs. I can’t think of anything I was disappointed!! They are always on the ball with bids, material amounts, always willing go the extra mile to make there customers happy! I know that because all the other contractors I know that work with the guys at the Pro Desk talk about there experience and professional relationship with Cameron, Jack and Dan. They have a lot of knowledge on what they do and pretty much know where everything is in the store!! These guys are the reason I like coming to this store!! All the other Home Depot stores should take notes from the Burnsville store Pro Desk! These guys are awesome!!

Each and every time I have gone to this store there is always someone there to help. This last experience was fantastic. Jonathan helped me pick out a snowblower in my budget and talked to me for about 20 minutes in store about the model I was looking at. That was a few weeks ago, today I called and he chatted with me for about 10 minutes, and tonight when I went to pick it up, he again showed me how to work it, run it, and helped load it into the car.

This is my local go to Home Depot for just about anything. The service desk is always staffed with knowledgeable, friendly staff. Throughout the store its never hard to locate a member for help. The aisles are wide and well laid out, has always had what I need and if not they can special order. It's THE place to go in Burnsville! They always make me feel welcome and want my business and that it's appreciated. I know when I shop there that's its going to be a good experience. Can't ask for more from a store.
