Thank you for taking away the person at the front door who mans the Covid post and polices the people who come inside.

It was nice to go during the day and have some assistance in the plumbing aisle and get answers to questions.

Sophia was able to answer our questions and provided overall great customer service enabling this pleasant shopping experience. Burnsville always has great customer service in store and at the register. With the items needed in stock and price at a good value. This store will continue to be our go to home improvement store.

This review was going to be a one star until Randy at this store helped me. Originally I was frustrated by some new employees not even knowing which wood was treated and which wasnt. Then comes Randy. I explained my project to him, showed him my list. He helped me with everything. Not only helped but took the time to walk me to the items (not just say they are down there) and show me my options. Its super nice to still see this level of customer service available. If you find yourself having issues at this store... I strongly recommend calling, see if randy is working, go there and see him. As someone that use to work retail, now manages retail - he is the kind of employee ANY retailer would love to have.

Unlike similar product line stores, the people that Home Depot employs are knowledgeable about all aspects of the product line area that they work in. The Home Depot employs a telephone response system that is easy to follow and the response wait time is Minimal!

We came in to get 2 gallons of paint, the guy working the paint counter was rude and clearly didn't like his job. He didn't greet us, and when I said I needed a gallon of each of the sample cards I showed him, he just pointed to the paint options and asked us which one we wanted. Didn't ask which style we wanted, didn't make any recommendations. After I selected the paint option for each he said it would take 10 minutes and walked away. We came back after 10 minutes and I saw 2 cans on the counter, I assumed they were ours and of course he didn't greet me again, or make eye contact, he didn't say that ours were ready or where they were. He was just standing there. I confirmed the cans were ours based on the name of the paint on each label. I grabbed them and walked away, he didn't bother to say anything. I have always had a good experience buying paint at this store, usually there's a sweet older lady that works the counter and she is a delight to work with. This guy working the counter on that day needs to find a better job. He didn't want to help anyone.

Super helpful, friendly service, and it made my shopping trip quick and easy.

They will sell you an appliance just for the sale and then lie and ay they didn't suggest buying as its a liability at time of delivery!

Products I use regularly, fasteners, tools, lumber and millwork are always in - stock. This store is a dependable resource for my business. The staff is always helpful with specialty items.

I've shopped at this Home Depot Store for many years. Product is easy to find as they don't change the layout. There are always employees around who ask if I had found everything I was looking for.

The paint department is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond for the customers.

The associate's in the flooring department were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

The employees are always so helpful and cheerful.

If you’re coming for anything paint related, see Kimm! She’s amazing. The other folks in the paint department are also extremely kind so i don’t mean to say she’s your only hope, however, she’s just great and an expert to say the least.
