Excellent service, friendly staff, clean store and excellent prices!!!

The didn't check to see if they had the chairs I wanted. They said the didn't have them. Same in Kingsport Tnn. Store. I called both stores. I order the chairs on line I thought that they would be there in a few days. In about 30 mins they sent me a email saying my chairs were there. So I went to the store to pick them up. They had a least 20 chairs there. My problem is... They didn't even check to see if they had them . Bad way to do business.

Called in a order ,got there to pick up was told to wait under loading shed ,45minutes later my order arrived,loader said no body told him about my order!! This is twice this has happened to me In a 10 day period!!! Customer service is non existent!!!

Seems like a well run store with all the right stuff at reasonable prices. You do good.

Called in advance about s lawn mower. Matt was informed and courteous. When i arrived Gregg was also informed and took time to help me make a decision. The store was practicing safety and i was in and out quickly.

Clean store, great customer service, didn't have to hunt anyone down to help me. They're always SO helpful at this store! The employees are very knowledgeable and the guy that helped me with stain is great! Sorry I didn't get his name. He explained the differences in the stains, the colors, showed me the sample jars, and told me they could even custom make the color I wanted. No hurry, no rush, answered all my questions, which were quite a few. Great experience as always at this Home Depot!

Store employees are knowledgeable and eager to help. They want to make sure you leave the store with exactly what you need. This is especially helpful for someone like myself with limited knowledge of home supplies.

My husband and I like to shop at the Home Depot in Bristol, Virginia because the sales staff there are helpful and courteous.

Employees were friendly and helpful even though we were there near closing time. We got assistance to get all we needed and were out in less than 30 minutes with our lumber cut for us (this saved a lot of time for us!) and all the hardware we needed for our project. Great store!

This was my first time visiting a Home Depot and it was great..

I found great selection of roofing "felt" products. Customer service directed me to aisles for that and picture hanging goods. Mill work checked on arrival date for my special order for door. Cashier Virginia was extremely helpful in suspending my purchase for a few minutes while I rounded up some last minute items!!!

I did recommend this store but because i'd have to drive 30 miles to the next one.They always say that corporate won;t let them discount but i was told growing up bird in the hand is better than the bush.

The staff here is great. They helped me exchange the Sharkbite plumbing fittings after the design change called for a different layout. Thank you!
